It really does smooth out the skin (especially when used with a beauty blender, rather than fingers so you can really "pack" the pores and imperfections with the primer) and it brings out a glow to my skin. It did not irritate me at all. Texture wise it reminds me of the black tube sold by a certain competitor starting with the letter M. This is a bestseller, so this primer should earn its place in that market segment pretty soon as well.

The first time I used this 3 -in - 1 I was impressed. I love how smooth my skin feels after using Hard Candy Sheer Envy Primer Lotion. I have suffered from flaky skin around my nose my entire adult life. I have horrible allergies and blow my nose too much. Even after using serum and regular face lotion and bb cream I could see it and dry skin. But with this my makeup can do it's job way better and I can't see or feel any flakes. This is ideal for anyone who wants their skin to look smooth and flawless. It's staying in my makeup routine. I have more confidence in my appearance and make up now.

Insta-Hydration! It is a very light cream, that has a mellow fragrance. Although it is light it feels as if you put on a heavy mask that instantly hydrates your skin. It begins to soften and feel weightless, skin is absolutely soft and moisturized. This is absolutely amazing and cruelty free!

This is my first time trying this brand, Hard Candy, and to my surprise, the primer lotion is a pleasant experience to try. The texture is smooth, easy to apply on, and it provides a sheer coverage before foundation. It improves the overall look of your skin, and provides a healthy glow.

I love this primer! First of all I really like the scent. It's a little sweet but not overpowering. The primer goes on smoothly and leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturized. My makeup stayed on all day and without getting cakey. My skin also felt soft and smoothe all day. I'm not sure how much this primer costs as I received it as a free sample for my honest review; but if I find it for a reasonable price, I think I may have found my new daily primer.

Received the product to test in trade for a review. The primer lotion smells good. Soft when put a small amount in my hand to apply to my face. My face throughout the day and the next has been nothing but softer. I did wake up to it oily though in some places. I don't suffer from an oily face so I know it was the primer. Nothing major though. I would continue using as long as it didn't cause breakouts which I haven't been using long enough to find that out yet.

This formula is super soft and creamy. I found that a little goes longer than you'd think. I used the primer lotion primarily as a primer rather than a moisturizer. I wasn't blown away by the results like it was the best primer I've ever used; however, I didn't notice that there was any blotchiness and just the usual shine comes through towards the end of the day. With the price point, this is definitely an affordable option, if not one of the best options for a cheaper primer that does its job. I enjoyed it!

The Hard Candy Sheer Envy Primer Lotion, 3-In-1 is a very light creamy lotion that goes on very nice on my face, and over time I noticed my skin a little more toned. I do have to mention that even though this 3-In-1 primer has very good ingredients and does good to the skin, I would no use it as just a primer because it does not help even out my makeup.
