HARINVOKESIL Harman Kardon Invoke Portable Speaker with Cortana (Silver)

I love this speaker. Its the perfect size. The sound is amazing. I use this speaker for my bedroom. The bass is perfect. I can't believed an amazing sound comes from such a small speaker. I don't need a speaker to talk back to me. I only use it as a speaker. The only thing I don't like about it, was the set up. I was very difficult, because I had to download windows 365, in order for it to work.

I've owned invoke since October. This is an excellent speaker. Very high quality and nice design. It is very durable. Cortana is the smartest and best AI out there. It's speech recognition is near perfect. Compared to Alexa, Siri and Google home Cortana is more capable and able to reach the desired information more appropriately. Music and podcasts are fun through Spotify and tune in. Disadvantages: they need to have more smart home companies on board.

The sound is very clear from this speaker, it would be great for someone who listens to classical, country, or other music without much bass. When it comes to music with a “thump”, it leaves much to be desired. My Bose Colorlink speaker outperforms this speaker. The Cortana feature is nice for basic weather info, facts, Spotify integration etc but it doesn’t have as many skills like Alexa does, for example it can’t control my thermostat but it can control my lights. Overall I think it’s a good value for what you get.

I got this a couple of weeks ago, I love the sound quality although I wish you could adjust the bass and treble yourself. It comes with very few directions. I've been unable to set up the speaker phone part. Cortana is very helpful but not as user-friendly as Alexa. The sound quality alone of this speaker makes it worth it to me. It sounds like a stereo!

I purchased this first for sound quality and it delivers.Cortana can really pick up your voice well even across the room, just need to add more abilities to match other smart devices because they Definetly cannot match Cortanas sound quality in the invoke.

Unable to do firmware update

Hard to connect Bluetooth. Sound is horrible.

Advertised to work with IOS, but Cortana wouldn’t successfully set up Invoke. Harmon tech support admitted there was a bug that prevented it from working but had no insight as to whether or when Microsoft would fix the problem. Sure wish HK would have told me prior to purchase.
