Great small home elliptical, sturdy and well built . Needed something for exercise that could fit comfortably in my small home, and be used by multiple family members. Due to a small function issue, I worked with customer service directly, and they corrected the issues I had. They were great to work with, and supported me through the whole process, following up weekly with updates. Appreciate the care that Harison Fitness Customer Support provides. It's a nice unit and a good value for the price. I like it overall, but two aspects I wish were different. The screen on the monitor does not have a lit background (so you could read the display in low-light conditions) and the readouts are in metrics, not USA measuring standards (i.e. miles, mph, calories). Assembly took a bit longer than stated. Everything needed to assemble was included. It arrived extremely well-packaged and all items were intact. Overall, a sturdy unit, small footprint, and quiet! Those are very important to me. Nice customer service as well!

excellent machine for this price point, arrived mostly assembled as advertised, not too bad to put the rest together. Machine is smooth when in use. over all a very nice machine, glad I bought it.

The elliptical itself was very easy to put together and came with all tools necessary. The long stride makes it very comfortable to use. The company is very nice and very quick to respond to emails.

I needed a low profile machine for home gym and this fits perfectly. It arrived quickly and assembly was easy. I've used it a few times and gives a good workout while also being quiet

It runs very smooth compared to my old one. It is much quieter also.

The workout is smooth and quiet, however the stride length is smaller than expected. The screen is very basic without any more advanced modes like mountain climbing. The most bizarre thing is it seriously underestimates the calories burned. Not sure if it is a setting thing

We've had this machine for five months. My son (weighs about 170lbs) used it last night and the foot pad broke off the bolts mid-workout! He twisted his ankle but it could have been much worse. These plastic foot pads are not secure and not safe.
