Putting the bike together was a little bit easier than I thought it would be. For a 68 yr old, it took about 45 minutes.

This company, Harison Fitness has helped me more than any company I have dealt with in I my life (I am 88). No kidding they had shown compassion in my problem with an exercise bike I purchased for my wife who is recovering from bi pass surgery. The bike I purchased was a bad fit for my wife because it would not adjust to her short inseam. Her knees came to close to chest upon the up pedal and was causing friction and breathing difficulties with her heart surgery. Working with me for several days and several emails and some expense to them, they came up with a better fit which had the pedal motion under the seat instead of forward from the seat. Without this help I was lost. I thought I lost all the exercise she needed and a lot of $$, but HARISON, LLC worked out a plan for me that didn't take half of my SS check. Good bike but the resistance could be heavier I think.So I handded this to my father,it works great for him so far.Will look for a spinning for myself.
