Very sturdy. Assembly was step by step with no issues. All tools needed were included. Being a bigger guy, I am not afraid to use this inversion table!
This is for my husband who is 6 ft 5 inches tall ans 250 lbs. Most inversion tables hold up to 300 lbs but not hardly any was for someone 6'5" tall. This one was adveetiised for 6'4" and ny husband fits it just fine. i would describe this machihe as professional quality. it is VERY heavy. Looks just like the photo.
Easier to use if you have a spotter, but works great! Really effective and helps decompress the spine.
I love the flexibility this table offers. Some days I just hang at a 30-degree angle to read, and other days I go full invert for a deeper stretch. It has completely eliminated the tightness in my hips and lower back. The build quality is outstanding. It's a premium product that does exactly what it promises.
I was nervous about the inversion process, but the controlled recline is very gentle. You don't just flip upside down; you can ease into it. My neck and upper back have never felt better. The constant ache is gone. It's incredibly relaxing once you get used to it. A fantastic and safe way to decompress your spine at home.
My wife talked me into this, and I'm so glad she did. I'm a larger man, and this table handles my size with ease. It doesn't fold for storage, but its stability is worth the floor space. The gentle stretch has done wonders for my sciatic pain. I haven't felt this good in years. It's a life-changer for big and tall users.
I hesitated to splurge on this inversion table, but after dealing with chronic back pain for years, I decided it was worth the upgrade—and I'm so glad I did. Unlike cheaper models I tried before, this one feels solid and well-made, like it will last for years. Assembly had a few tricky moments, but the included video tutorial cleared things up fast. Moving it is easy thanks to the wheels, and it doesn't take up too much space when stored. The height adjustment was spot-on for me The ankle restraints are padded and comfortable, no more pinching like with cheaper versions. The safety pin is easy to insert once you get the hang of it, and it makes me feel totally secure while inverted. The memory foam table is soft but supportive, and I've noticed a huge difference in my back stiffness after just a week of use.
I use this before bed to stretch out my spine and it has completely changed my sleep quality. No more waking up with a stiff back.
If you sit at a desk all day like I do, your back needs this. It helps reset my posture and takes away all the tension in my neck and shoulders.
I love the device! I think it would be night and day if she had better ankle cuff holders, kind of like bracers that wrap around your ankle
