good to have around.
Divine artifact for full-body stretching! This inversion table is a game-changer. My cardiovascular circulation feels improved, and the tension in my cervical spine has melted away. Shipping was fast and the courier was very professional. The product itself was packaged with extreme care. It's incredibly easy to use and adjust. I feel taller and more relaxed after each session. An essential magic tool for modern sedentary lifestyles!
I'm 6'2? and was concerned I wouldn't fit properly. It was easy to adjust the height, and it feels perfectly stable. The shoulder supports are in the right place, and I get a full stretch without feeling cramped. If you're on the taller side, this one should work well for you.
This inversion table is a miracle worker! As someone with chronic back pain from sitting all day, the relief is immediate and incredible. The delivery was professional, and the packaging was exceptionally secure—the best I've seen. Assembly was straightforward. After just a few minutes a day, my spine feels decompressed and relaxed. An absolutely divine artifact for anyone with back issues! Highly recommended for instant relief.
I bought this primarily for sciatica nerve pain. I've been using it for a few minutes every other day, and I've noticed a real difference. The flare-ups are less frequent and less intense. The key for me is the gentle stretch—I don't even have to go fully upside down to feel the benefit. Worth every penny for the relief it provides.
Sitting at my desk all day left me with stiff shoulders and back pain. Now I use the 90-degree position during lunch breaks for 15 minutes and feel completely refreshed. The folding design makes it easy to move between my home office and living room.
I was worried about complicated assembly, but had it ready in 20 minutes. The pre-assembled design and clear video instructions were incredibly helpful. Felt immediate back relief during my first session.
Overall this is a nice product, though I don't believe it delivers anything different than any other inversion board. There are several less expensive ones available, so I recommend looking at them before purchasing this one. Also, the description makes a comment about it coming "80% assembled". That is definitely not true! You have to assemble it basically from scratch. It took us 90 minutes using a ratchet, not the cheap wrench that comes with it. Plan on 2 hours if you're not using a ratchet set. The assembly instructions aren't good at all, and have a typo referencing a bolt %2325 that doesn't exist.
It does not work like competitors models. You have to pull yourself up from decline using the bars. Good luck. The foam cushions are cheap and it is a painful experience. Assembly requires some skill. I had a professional put it together. Do not buy this brand of inversion table.
Could not compete the assembling. Instructions were useless. Whole afternoon trying to put it together and could not, Worse afternoon of my life.
