Best excerise bike for my rehabilitation. The seat is very comfortable and the work out for my knee is amazing. The only issues I have is the moving of the seat up and back . The handle should be easier to reach while sitting,other than that I love it and would highly recommend it.

I love the bike. I ordered a different brand initially. and once put together, it was impossible to return it. The seat is very comfortable . The Control Panel is upright where the last bike I ordered it was horizontal and I could see numbers but not the bottom of the screen that told what the numbers were for. The bike is very comfortable when peddling. And the seat is low enough that I don't have to literally climb onto the bike. I am 5'8”. And of course, I have had to pay someone to put together both bikes. It took two hours each time.

We started assembly the same day of arrival, Friday. During the assembly process, we discovered that the monitor was cracked. I emailed the company Friday night and got an immediate response. They are sending a different monitor but said to go ahead and finish assembly. We did and it is a fantastic bike with enough resistance to give a hard workout. The seat is very comfortable. My husband is 6'2 and he finds the bike length sufficient, and it is a comfortable workout for him also. He did say the seat assembly is a little difficult but not impossible. I am very impressed with the bike and especially the customer service.

The assembly instructions were easy to follow and not difficult to accomplish. I was missing one part, but their customer service was outstanding! Nora from Harrison Fitness made sure the correct part was ordered and shipped quickly. She also followed up to make sure that part was all I needed. Thanks Nora for doing such a great job!

I had an issue with the pedal going in but the company was quick to send me a replaced and a free gift. They were easy to work with.

This product is awesome, thank you for making a great product. Very durable and comfortable. I would recommend this product to everyone.

We are enjoying the convenience of having our own exercise bike in our home for the cold months Comfortable ride and the tension can be adjusted for level of rider.

We use this bike in my physical therapy clinic. It is perfect for patients to get them ready for treatment. We did have some challenges with the monitor. Only because patients were using it to help them get down from the bike. I called customer service, they surprisingly took my call right away and promptly began the process of replacing the equipment. Nora from Harrison Fitness assisted me with the process. Her communication and follow up to be sure I received the monitor and that I was satisfied were exemplary. Thank you!

It was hard to assemble but so far has been working good, pieces has a different way to assemble, stead of doing on side, it has to be done to the other side of the handle and pedal.

The installation wasn't bad. I had 3 parts that wouldn't go on. The first part was just a plastic piece that covered some screws. I decided that was not necessary to the operation of the bike and didn't install it. The next two pieces are the heart of the bike… the pedals! They would not screw on. Cross threaded, it has to be. Trying to get the pedals on, the tool broke very easily. Now, I have no pedals and no tool. You can't see the monitor for the arm exerciser. The cup and cell phone holder is a great touch. I have contacted the company for replacement parts. If they replace the parts, I'll change my review. Wishing I could use my bike!!!
