For the money this is a great indoor bike. Sturdy, well built. Resistance is smooth. Note that it doesn't have any LED read out so you'll need to subscribe to an app to get any useful information. I ended up subscribing to Kinomap which makes the workouts a bit easier to get through.

I had an issue with the bike that was sent. The company was quick to resolve the problem. Highly recommend this bike. Customer service is outstanding.

So far, the bike is working out well for it's intended purpose. We like that the seat is adjustable so it can fit the needs of a short or tall person.

Very impressed! Super fast shipping... didn't expect to receive it in two days. Made of heavy duty material so it should last a while. A great addition to get me where I need to be along my fitness journey.

I've been very happy with this Harrison bike overall. At first, I honestly thought there was something wrong with the resistance knob. It felt different from what I was used to, so I contacted SAC thinking it might be a defect. Their support was excellent. They responded quickly, were clear, and walked me through everything without any hassle. It turned out there was no issue at all. The bike is actually more advanced than I expected, and I just didn't understand how to use it properly at first. Once I got it set up correctly, everything made sense. The electronic and magnetic resistance is very smooth and precise. The force feedback feels strong and controlled, not like old friction systems. When connected to Zwift or Rouvy, the bike delivers very realistic data. Speed, power in watts, and RPM all respond accurately to effort and resistance changes, which makes the riding experience feel much closer to a real road ride. Overall, solid build, advanced tech, and great customer support. After the initial learning curve, I'm genuinely impressed with how well this bike performs.

20 minutes to unpackaged bike. Was well packed. About 30 minutes to assemble, carefully. All went easy. Good adjustments for nice fit. Happy

I was scepticle about purchasing this bike since it had no reviews, but decided to take a chance . Boy was I pleasantly suprresed. The bike is smooth, quiet and stable. It is evry well made. I have 4 other bikes and I put this up there with the best of them. Most bikes one has to get used to it before you feel comfortable, but I felt comfortable on this bike on the very first ride.

This is the quietest exercise bike. Absolutely no noise. It has very easy tension adjustments.
