Received within a few days and only needing to insert 8 screws for it to be ready to use was a big plus. Besides being a great treadmill, the price was the best. Had no idea that the price of $359.00 was actually a sale price until days later (regularly $599.00) which made my smile even bigger after a few days of use. For someone who needed cardio but not able to just go outside and take a walk, this was the perfect purchase to start slow and gradually work your way up.

It is just the right size for my needs—the dimensions match exactly what was advertised—and it operates smoothly. I am also very pleased with the Bluetooth feature, which is highly functional. I did encounter a minor issue with the packaging, but I contacted customer service and received a quick response and excellent assistance. This is a sturdy well built treadmill for home use , Im over 60 250lbs and this treadmill works great ( no shaking or wobbling) also nice features , speed adjust Heart rate , distance , calories burned and time and bluetooth speakers built in (easy pairing and stays connected) also it has an a nice ledge for holding any size tablet , there is also holders for water bottle , phone etc I purchased it for me but my daughter jogs on it and she loves it and uses it more than me. This is a nice machine and very affordable. Thanks Harrison for a great product

There is a lot to like about this treadmill especially at this price point. The value is definitely there. I've had this machine a week and I'd prefer to wait a few months for a more complete review but here we go. Harison phoned me before the treadmill arrived to let me know it was on its way. The machine was packed well and in perfect condition when it arrived. Setup was pain free. The only issue was the tablet holder took a couple times to attach. Also I had to adjust the leveling to get the perfect balance and stability. The running experience is absolutely wonderful. The surface is perfect in my opinion, not hard and not bouncy. The display screen is exactly how I like it. At a glance I know where I am at in my workout. Note that I don't use the programmable settings. I wouldn't mind the mileage counter to be to the hundredths so 1.55 versus 1.5. There is a ledge on the display screen to plop my phone. I prefer that to the tablet holder. Excellent. The pulse feature is not ideal. It takes a minute to get to my true pulse rate and I'm not sure how accurate it is. The “arms” of the machine could extend further out in my opinion and flare outwards at a slighter angle. Not a problem when running but when walking my swinging arms naturally bump into them. The instruction manual could use spell checking but it is detailed. Lastly, I'm not sure about the app, I've tried just once to get it set up. Overall, if you want value for a treadmill, this is it. Extremely pleased with the treadmill packaging which ensured there was no damage during shipping. Also very pleased that Harrison used FEDEX versus UPS or USPS which both have historically beaten the heck out of the shipping box. I feel the treadmill is excellent for what I wanted and for the price I paid. I had a few issues at the start, the magnet came out of the key frame but I super-glued it back into place. There was also a warp on the right side of belt but after 10-days of use it appears to have flatten-out. Although the Harrison Warranty Customer Service appears to be based out of the USA, they have done an outstanding job right from the start! The Warranty registering was simple on-line and they have been diligent in their follow. I was also offered 1 of 3 free gifts. I Rate them a 5-star! All in all I am very happy.

This treadmill helps me stay active and supports my weight loss goals. The Bluetooth speakers are a game changer, no headphones needed. I can work out while watching Netflix or listening to music, and the sound is loud enough. Having it at home has eliminated the need for a gym membership, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

What initially attracted me to this purchase was the reviews. It came practically put together, just needed to pull the screen %26 handles up and tighten the screws and that was it. It works exactly as it should, including the Bluetooth speakers. Even the Harison company it came from teached out to let me know it was shipped out and on the way. I found that reassuring. It's definitely worth it and I highly recommend this purchase! **I do have pictures and 1 video, please excuse the pile of toys and my projector screen.

So far I do like the treadmill but I have come across a major problem. I did not want to use the Bluetooth function so i did not connect a device to it. Then I was sitting on my computer when all of a sudden the treadmill beeped really loud and music started to play on it. Scared me to death but I am guessing my neighbor accidentally connected to it and started to listen to music. Now I cannot pair my own phone to it and it keeps playing music, I have to turn it off. I am so frustrated right now because I cannot use it without someone else's music playing. I have tried to turn it off and unplug it for hours but it has not worked. You would think there would be some way to force it to disconnect but it doesn't seem to have that option.

Sent the wrong treadmill. Returned the treadmill and it was received on 1/5/26. Still awaiting my refund. I have called Walmart at least 10 times asking about my refund. I get a different story every time I call and apologies. I get promised my refund will be in my account in a certain time frame. Well at least 7 of those time frames have come and gone and I still don't have my money. Walmart sure takes your money fast when you purchase something but when they need to return your money because of their mistake, they don't seem too concerned.

Poorly made. There is no functional tablet. The image in the picture is a sticker. Has to be manually raised for elevation. Plastic pieces easily snapped during assembly. Very disappointing.
