harman/kardon Citation 500 - Smart speaker - Wi-Fi, Bluetooth - App-controlled - 200 Watt - 2-way - gray

I bought this a month ago and am very happy about the quality of sound. You can both hear the low and high tones very clear. Am very happy with my purchase.

I got this beautiful beast and the audio was unbelievably amazing. However, I was told that there would be no audio lag from Bluetooth on my iPad when watching a film. There is so it went Beck the next day. It is a massive shame as the audio was the best I have ever heard. Better that my sound touch sound bar with base box. The Bose has Bluetooth with no lag. Very unhappy with that.

I bought this speaker a few weeks ago and have been so happy with it. It was easy to set up and use. The sound is awesome and I am so glad I bought it.

Going to be installing 3 of the Citation 500 and (9) 100’s in our remodeled house. Opened up just one of the 500’s to try in our present house it sounded Great! Can’t wait to install the entire system in our next place. Will undoubtably be a 5/5 at that point!

Great sound but connection keep dropping out between phone and speaker. Even using Bluetooth, phone 1 meter away and the connection is partial/fuzzy. The airplay adn google stream are also quite disappointing in terms of stability unfortunately. Still have it, just hoping that future (and hopefully soon to come?) software updates can correct/improve this.

One of the speakers will not connect to the wifi unless I unplug and or factory reset it. I will contact customer service. Other two speakers sound great and work great

The most important problem in the new firmware from 03.03.2020 (0.97.91591.0x8fcffa9) is the sound. It is simply impossible to listen to it. He was perfect in the previous version of the firmware. You for some reason do not ask if I want to update to the new version of the SOFTWARE. I don't need your new features, languages... for me, the most important thing is a beautiful sound!!! Other problem: After a while, the album covers disappear . When the volume is lowered, 6% is always lit, although the sound is no longer there. Of course, the reset was made several times. Via the menu and via the button. What do your engineers do? Aren't there too many flaws in the new firmware? Disappointment!!!

My Citation 500 disconnect from Bluetooth all the time. Google Home hardly connect to the speaker as well. I have never experience such terrible Bluetooth connection problems before.

The last two firmwares have a flat sound !!! Friends, listen to your speakers !!! No volume and deep soft bass give the opportunity to choose the firmware !!!
