Helps with nausea and dizziness pretty quickly for my wife. 1st thing in the morning. My elderly neighbor was so dehydrated her legs gave out on her in yard. Carried her to house and within 20 mins she was able to walk on her own again after hydrati g with the coconut water. My wife tried mang dufferent brands, but this the best quality coconut water on the market. Pricey, but worth it for its health benefits. Never pasteurized, which destroys the nutrients.

Perfect natural sweetness, delicious flavor, not over powering. Just found this coconut oil as a substitute. While reading the label I found it comes from Thailand and it is pink. They say that is a natural change as it waits to be shipped and sold. It actually has pretty much all the electrolytes in it and at good numbers. This is very important for me with my health problems. 32oz about $10, but now I don't have to buy all those separate minerals. I drink about 4oz at a time.
