Great Little Rack
I went to 3 different stores trying to find an oval rack with no results. Found it right away on line and I'm really happy. All of my racks were square and didn't fit into my roaster. Should have begun here and saved my poor aching feet.

Beware!
Sturdy but almost useless, says adjustable to 7 positions.. Is NOT adjustable at all and only sits 3/8" off surface, so food will still end up sitting in the fat and grease, Don't buy unless you just want to use it as a cooling rack!

Design Oval Roaster Rack
This oval rack fits my oval roaster pan perfectly. It is durable and steady, made with good material for cooking all sorts of dish in my roaster. Its quality surpasses and the rack makes cooking easier for meat preparation. I highly recommend for future prep in home or restaurant cooking.
