I'm sorry to say that but you people don't have a clue about what you're selling people for a chair that is supposed to have a lift mechanism that can lift you up from the chair so you can get in this chair isn't that product isn't that what you supposed to advertise that isn't not what you're selling to people
Seller very difficult to work with. returns takes forever. Returned it to walmart store in November and I'm still waiting for my refund
