It's a little woolly when I get on either top bunk and I only weigh about 145 pounds. But the style is great and the assembly was understandable and semi easy to assemble. Overall though it's ok for now.. if I could I would suggest making the main pole thicker and that would make the entire bed sturdy to meet the weight requirements.

The kids live the bed. It suits the needs of each one of them. I love the appearance, and it is such a space saver.

My Grandaughters think its cool, its a little woobbly but not bad and they are not small. None of us care for the basket/drawers, and they are very hard to make not much room to move around. Quick but important tip make sure you have A LOT of room and tall ceilings. The railings on top leave very little room to ceiling. Luckly the stairs help instead of a ladder, also the walkway between the twin beds is very narrow only one can actually get in from the center. the other one climbs in from the end. Overall for every other weekend, every one has their own bed and they say they are comfy.

Shelves do not have holes predrilled, instructions leave much to be desired, and once finished, it shakes as a whole with the least bit of provocation. (New to bunk bed life, so the above may be normal.) That said, it is nice to not be floor bound.
