It had a factory smell when it first came out of the box but that quickly dissipated. It was very easy to assemble and came in even better quality than I had anticipated. Cushions expanded instantly and with 3-4 people it can be assembled in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend! It gets compliments every time we have guests. The only downside is it is a bit lower than expected and the cushions slide around a tiny bit, but nothing annoying to deal with. I have a dog that sheds a lot with light colored fur, and surprisingly the fabric doesn't get dog hair stuck to it much or show it much! Note: we also bought a storage ottoman from Walmart to go with the couch (pictured) and it turned out to be the perfect height and color to go with. If you are looking for more storage and foot rest space, that's a great option. The one we got was only like $40 and holds a ton of pillows and blankets too.

This is a great couch to get if you're just starting out, but it is on the smaller side so I wouldn't suggest to taller people.

After receiving three boxes instead of four, everything went well. The Angie people put the put together the items really fast thank you. My daughter enjoyed it.

Your third party only sent part of the 4 pieces. Then you guys said that it was sent received an email that said it was on the way and it never was delivered but said it was delivered but it shows in Lithia Springs. Then you had it sent on different days with what was brought and it was missing pieces. But good ole Walmart says we delivered ALL and I have message Walmart because can't reach the seller unless it's through Walmart. The worst part was you sent it by UPS on two days and the missing package by FedEx. Don't DO IT BUSINESS WITH WALMART THIRD PARTY. You might as well by from a shady figure in a dark alley in Gotham City

I'm still missing pieces!!!!! it's been a month!!! I received 4 packages. still missing a back piece, 8 allen screws 8 washers and 4 bottom foot pieces. worst experience ever

Was a small child couch did not expect it to be so small once it was put together not a living room couch!!!

The picture cute can't tell you how it looks in person since I never received this and can't get a refund.
