I really enjoy the finished product, however some of the instructions were incorrect. We had to improvise some of the screws since we didn't have the right ones for one of the steps. The instructions are merely photos. No words. It takes at least two individuals and around 2.5 to 3 hours to build. My kid loves it and cannot wait for sleepovers.

I know my eight-year-old twins shouldn't be pulling or hanging on it in the wrong way, but kids will be kids, so I have to make sure they're not too rough or aggressive with us. Anyway, I don't think it's the best quality; it reminds me a lot of cheap IKEA quality.

The drawers could use some improvement as there isn't a track to keep them aligned. Instead, there are roller wheels attached to the bottom of the drawers, which roll on the floor or your carpet. The length of this unit presented a challenge for me as the space I wanted to fit it in was only 77 in.

The only thing I don't like much about this bed is the stairs; they are too big for the kids to go up and down. There should be two more spots in between there so they can feel comfortable. Other than that, it's wood and strong, and the kids love it. Overall, it was easy to put together if you follow the instructions and make sure you check for the items marked.

Overall nice product. Some of our wood was slightly damaged/knicked. Literally took all day to put together. Instructions are confusing and need to take time so as to not miss anything. I glued together the structural pieces which took time but made it much sturdier.

It makes a lot of noise, not sure if it's due to the assembly that I paid for or just the quality. Doesn't sound sturdy. Overall it's nice for the price I guess.

My kids really like this bunkbed. It took us six hours to assemble, but the bunkbed is quite strong and well worth the money. I wish the directions for the stairs were better since I know they should be as solid as the bed, but they aren't, and it might be user error, but the instructions were really difficult to follow.

This bunk bed is NOT "robust". Bulky, sure, but sturdy? Absolutely not! Im actually worried about the stability of this thing because it shakes with a soft push. Im thinking for the safety of my average sized 8yo, who's very mellow and not rambunctious, I may need to dismantle and return. I was really hoping it wouldn't wobble due to it being wood, but it wobbles worse than the cheap metal bunk bed that I had as a kid. I wish i could upload a video to show you how much this massive piece of furniture moves at the slightest of touch.

Bought this bunk bed in August for my twins. My son woke up one morning not even 3 months of having, half way on the floor. Contacted seller who policy say they'll get back in 48 hours and have yet to hear anything yet.

i was sent duplicate boxes 5 days apart. still waiting for a 3rd piece.
