Non functioning item
The device did not function properly. Once programmed it was hit or miss that the programmed channels would come up. No tech support - I did get some info from someone via text that was not helpful.

Do not buy if you have Rogers Ignite box
Terrible waste of money. Can't link it to Rogers ignite box and the company provides NO support, just a lot of …oh we will get back to you soon. DO NOT BUY this if you have a Rogers ignite box. Terrible company support.

Not a current product
Does not work with Rogers Ignite. No confirmation of this, until you spend the money, bring it home, open it, and read the enclosed booklet. Easy to return, but would be nice to see a list of compatibility on the website.

Don't waste your money on this
Does not work! Bought this for my 92 year old grandmother. Spent 4 hours trying to connect it to her tv with no luck. Would not recommend this product.
