it is not seeds. it is pelleted bird food. My conure did not eat it all, so he doesnt like or is not used to the flavor. Roudybush is no longer available, and it was the closest I could find and organic. I was very impressed with the nuggies treat I gave the two larger birds. The Macaws loved it. The literature included is very good to have on hand in my bird room.
