HART 10-inch 14-Amp Compound Miter Saw

We have decided to change our siding on our two story house to wood lap siding doing it ourselves to save on money. This of course requires a good miter saw that will fit a blade big enough to cut the boards without having to turn them around each time to finish the cut and also one that will hold up to the many cuts we would have to make. We were excited to get our HART 10-inch 14 Amp Compound Miter Saw. We hadn't used the HART brand before but It has proven invaluable for the process of getting the boards cut in one round and at any angle. The 14 amp motor has held up great and we love how light weight it is for easily moving it to and from the garage at the end of each day. After finishing the siding we decided to try it out on the door and window trim, it gave us nice smooth cuts never once jamming or bogging down with the angle cuts. We are very pleased with the HART brand 10 inch miter saw and would recommend it for any job big or small.

This Hart miter saw is great. It has a light that you can turn on to see what you are cutting better. The guard automatically raises as you go down with the saw to cut. There are several different angles that are able to cut with. You go at a 45 degree angke ine way and then you can angle it again and do a 45 degree angle the other way. The table itself will turn according to how you want to make the angle cut. All the safety features are just great because you really don't have to worry about cutting something other than the board. Ireally love everything about it and now I am ready to start doing more wood projects. I highly reccomend getting one if you like to work with wood.

This saw was exactly what I was looking for. I needed something quality that makes good cuts and the price was unbeatable. I've just started using it and very happy with the product so far

My Hart 10" 14 amp Compound Miter Saw from Walmart Spark Reviewer has arrived just in time to start some spring and summer projects we've been planning all winter . This compound miter saw has many functions and safety parts that will benefit me because I'm just starting out at doing small projects and I feel safer knowing it has all off these functions. The Hart compound miter saw has a 10" blade that can cut up to 3.5" thick or 5.5" wide wood. The bevel lock knob locks the compound miter saw in to bevel angles. The adjustment screws are at each side of the arm. These screws are for making adjustments from 0 degrees to 45 degrees. The D handle is used for moving the saw from place to place. Lower the saw arm and lock it in the down position by using the lock pin. Always turn the saw off and unplug when moving the saw. The Hart miter saw stops the blade from spinning after the switch is released. The LED lighting system lights the blade for more accurate cuts. The miter fence holds the wood when making cuts. The miter lock handle locks the saw at at miter angles. The saw has a partial sliding fence that holds the wood for straight cuts. THe lower blade guard provides protection from each side of the saw. The Switch trigger will not start until you release the trigger lever. Always lock the switch in the off position when not in use and unplug. The Hart 10" 14 AMP Compound Miter Saw also comes with a Dust Bag. I have completed 2 small projects so far and I'm looking forward to more during the summer. I received this Hart 10-inch Miter Saw from The Walmart Spark Reviewer Program to use and review. This is a very nice Power Tool. 14amps of power and 5,500 RPM Blade speed makes hard jobs easy. Perfect cuts every time on wood up to 2X6 . This is solid and sturdy. I knew when I opened the box this was High Quality all the way. LED cut guide for precision cuts , a work clamp, and even a dust collection bag . The miter stops at the common angles. The break stops the blade quick . I do recommend this product. Between my brother and me we have over three thousand dollars in hart tools and accessory. Just simple do it yourselfers. Love Hart Tools This item was a gift.

I bought this compound miter saw because I have several projects around the house that need to be done or finished. This saw was all put together right out of the box. I did have to adjust the blade just a little bit. It cuts very nice and smooth. It is very sturdy and easy to use.(first timer) I was able to get some of my projects done so far and it was easy to cut threw the lumber without issues. Great saw and brand.

very good tool. use mine everyday, no issues. plenty of power, and the stock saw blade lasts a long time. definitely recommend

I bought the compound saw to lay engineered flooring and to trim the room out. After years of using a miter box, I was greatly pleased with the ease and the quality of this item. It is substantial and precise - any faulty cuts lay with me! Yet another fine Hart tool. Awfully glad to have discovered this brand. (By the way, the HVAC technician who came out on a call uses the Hart 20V drill driver. His has seen quite a bit of use.)

I got mine on sale for $75 and that was a price I couldnt say no too. I havent used it a ton, I am a weekend diyer, but I have nothing to complain about. No power issues, no issues with the different mitre positions, no complaints. At its lriced point you could go Metabo or Craftsman. But Hart is made by TTI (ryobi, milwaukee, and i think rigid all fall under that umbrella) so I dont think you can go wrong with this tool.
