HART 160P Mechanics Tool Box Set, New Condition

I'll recommend this particular toolbox to anyone who doesn't mind working on their vehicle. Although I accidentally purchased the smaller set, I'd purchase the additional 55 pieces I'm missing in my ideal set in a heartbeat.

If you don't want super expensive tools, but don't want to risk quality using the cheapest tools then HART is the usual go to. Their socket wrenches are amazingly solid at their price point.

This is the best socket set you ever will have to buy. Guarantee highly recommended very nice set.

This is a good quality and very well organized tool set that will be good to have when you need to do any mechanical repairs. The case / box is laid out quite well. The ratchet has a good feel and it has fine action that makes it good for use in tight spaces. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The HR 160P MECH BOX SET is an impressive tool set. I have a lot of tools and this is the first time I've had the chance to use the Hart brand. I am totally impressed with the quality of these tools. The finish on there are as good if not better then some of the big brand names! With both metric and SAE this set has you covered for smaller jobs. From 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch size sockets. Included in this set are some 1/4 inch bits that are torx and various screw driver blades that come in handy. There is also a set of allen wrenches in metric and SAE. All of this 160 piece set is contained in a nice ASB type tough plastic 2 drawer box. Whether you want a starter set or you just need a nice compact tool set, I would certainly consider this Hart brand.

I usually use another more expensive brand but thought I would give these a shot. And I'm glad I did. This tool set comes with just about everything you can need for a beginner basic set. I usually just use the half inch drive sockets for automotive and these have held up flawlessly. The ratchet is not cheaply made. You can use it in tight spots it has the drive for it. I have put some serious torque on these things at least the half inch drives and none of them failed no cracks nothing. Have not had a chance to use the bit set but from the looks of it it has just about anything you'll need in it. The container is a little difficult to open but it needs to be that way so that the tools don't come falling out everywhere so I'm happy with it I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beginner set.

I have purchased a couple of blowers and trimmers of this brand and they were great. When I got this toolbox and opened it up I was very impressed as well. I like how there's a little cover that can go over the top shelf when the lid closes to hold everything in also the bottom drawer has a little bit of extra room for me to put a couple of my own tools in that is very convenient my only complaint on this whole thing at all and it's very small is the straps that hold the lid from rocking all the way backwards they are great right now and I imagine they work sufficiently however my only question will be is to see how they hold up in 10 15 20 years will those straps still be sufficient to hold that lid from rocking backwards. However the sockets and the ratchet are built of high quality and the ratchet teeth feel very solid I would highly recommend this product to my family and friends
