I READ REVIEWS! Depending on what the negatives give as a reason, influences whether or not I buy. I have had a few manual and a few corded, and one pneumatic stapler. For EASE OF USE, CONSISTENT RESULTS, and NO JAMMING WHATSOEVER you will NOT BEAT THIS STAPLER at ANY PRICE. Trust me on this one, the negatives are all user error. You do NOT put the staples in like a desk stapler, just look at it and figure it out.. I made the SAME mistake, but as a skinny 67 year old woman with Arthritis and WAY TOO MANY outdoor building projects, I assured myself that I surely was as smart as a stapler, and a minute later, I figured it out. Open the staple shoot, do NOT attempt to drop the staples on TOP of the bar like normal.. turn it over and put the staples in upside down, so the prongs are facing you.. Voila! I did buy Hart brand staples in the lengths I needed. It says compatible with most brands, but in this case, I stuck with the HART brand so I KNEW size would not be an issue. Not all staples are the same crown width.. no matter what the box says. It is smooth functioning WITHOUT the strength of a lumber jack to use it. SPECTACULAR product, Very highly recommend. NOT TO MENTION THE PRICE!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use for any projects. I usually need two to use one but this product can be used with just one hand. I received this product for free as part of the HART Tools friends and family review program. Everything stated here is true and representative of my experience.
I received this product for free as part of the HART Tools friends & family program. Everything stated here is true & representative of my experience. This forward action staple gun is easy to load and easy to use. I had no problems loading and using 1/4" and 1/2" staples as well as 5/8" brad nails. The easy squeeze handle works so well that my 8 year old (with supervision) was able to use it. I highly recommend this staple gun.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] “I received this product for free as part of the HART Tools friends & family program. Everything stated here is true & representative of my experience.” The simple fact that this staple gun will load both staples (heavy duty) and brad nails is awesome and the "easier to squeeze" claim is 100% accurate compared to my older staple gun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] “This is part of the Hart friends and family program” I absolutely love the stapler! It was perfect for staple in my insulation when I was redoing my basement. It gets the job done well! Would definitely recommend
“I received this product for free as part of the HART Tools friends and family review program. Everything stated here is true and representative of my experience” - The perfect stapler in my opinion. The feel and weight of this stapler speaks for itself. you do not have to squeeze to hard and that nail has been dispensed. The reload at the bottom is super easy to do and quicker than other brands. I used this for a home project stapling fabric under couch and did super!! Great value and highly recommend.
I received this product for free as part of the Hart's Tool's family and friends program. Everything I say here is true. This staple gun works great. It's light weight and easy to use. Do to my small hands I have a hard time squeezing staple guns but not with this product. I can easily squeeze it with one hand with no problem. It easy to load the staples, I did not have any problem with the staples getting jammed. I highly recommend this product.

don't buy for brad nailing...the package doesn't state what length of brad nails only says gauge...so I bought 1 1/4 brad nails. open the package and on the other side hidden by packaging says it only takes 1/2, 9/16, and 5/8 brads...they didn't even have that size at my Walmart and those lengths are practically worthless just use staples. Nowhere online does it state sizes or on Hart website...they should clearly state this!
I seem to have misplaced my older, reliable stapler and finally decided to purchase a new one. I browsed a bit on Walmarts Online App and decided this stapler not only looked nice but upon reading the description could also be easier for me to use due to my arthritis in my hands. I already had a variety of different sized staples on hand so I purchased the stapler online and picked it up with my grocery order the next day. I got home and opened it up, excited about using it, and being the woman I am immediately looked for the loading instructions. No such instructions were included. Seriously?! I am not a newbie when it comes to tools and how to operate them but the only "instructions" I found was an engraved symbol on the stapler that is more confusing than anything else. I got several staples that I already had and attempted to figure it myself, afterall it's a simple tool so shouldn't be that complicated. HA! After several attempts and too much time being wasted and the throbbing of the now present stress headache I gave up and took a break from it. Frustrated still I eventually sat down and turned to Google. Google let me down, then YouTube didn't offer any help either. At least not for this specific tool. I pulled up the Hart website and found this specific stapler and thought I had finally found the solution. Nope! In the description/specifications box listed below the photos are useless because all it says is "coming soon" or something similar to that extent. How can I find more information on Big Foot and the Loch Ness Monster than on a common tool made by a familiar brand and sold at several of the most popular stores in the United States? In 2021 no less. Mind blowing. I am returning this $21 paper weight and purchasing one like my old but dependable one. I have wasted so much time and effort trying to use this thing and it's not over with because I still have to drive 50 miles to the nearest Walmart and deal with waiting God knows how long in line for the service desk to get a refund. Shame on you Hart. Shame on you for selling a tool with no included instructions or even an informative picture or something stating where to find instructions at. You couldn't even throw in a single row of staples that perhaps could offer a bit more help with trying to operate this thing? One last thing I want to include is if anyone who reads this has this same specific stapler and has successfully operated it to PLEASE write a detailed and instructional review with steps on the size of staples and brads needed and how to load them correctly. Consider it a responsibility and a duty to your fellow Americans because I hate to think about others who have wasted their time and money and have to suffer the same frustration as I have and several of others posted in the reviews.
