This is the second one I have purchased. I bought it to take it to 2 cemeteries to mow with. It is lightweight and very portable and at 82 years of rears old this is very important. I previously was using a weed eater which I had to take numerous breaks from the weight. Well worth the money for me.
I was sceptical about the Hart push mower, but after the first use I was so impressed by how easy it was to oush, and it's the perfect size to now around my rose bushes. I don't even have to use the trimmer anymore , because this mower is small enough to cut in between my roses. I was able to mow for about 45 minutes and the rear side bagger made my yard look clean and cut to a perfect length. The lawnmower is easy to get out of the box and within a few minutes I had it put together , it is really lightweight and I can take it anywhere I need to .
I got this mower because i needed something small to mow in places my riding mower couldn't. I was intrigued at the possibility of a mower that uses the same battery as my drill and saw. I honestly couldn't be happier with the results. The mower is small and easy to use. No gas to worry about. No electric cord to run over. Because the battery is compatible with so many tools I picked up the extra battery pack and charger. This mower is not for large yards. Oh I think it will do the job but because its only a 13" cut it would take a while. If you have a very small yard its perfect especially if you're just starting to get your own tools. The battery and charger are compatible with so many tools. Saws, drills, impact wrench, weed eater, leave blower and do many more. One important note. As with all rechargeable batteries make sure to fully charge the batter before you use it. The first charge is the most important charge.
The HART 13" Push Lawnmower Rear Bagger is perfect if you have a small yard. Light weight. It mulches the clippings very fine. You can get up close or beside things making it great for flower beds. It is very easy to clean up. The Battery charges quickly. Good for hard to reach under bushes. It looks like an RC car so every one loves it and thinks it's cute. The battery will recharge in no time. Depending on how much you mow you can get 30 minutes on a recharge.
This little mower is great! Very light weight easy to use and everyone thinks it's the neatest thing. I can carry it outside by myself and mow most of my front yard on one battery. Don't expect it to do your entire yard if you have a Standard sized lot but it will if you have a small lot. I have a riding mower and use this for the ditches and a small area I have fenced in for my dogs. Does that job perfectly.
I have mostly rick yard but put in grass for the dogs. This lawn mower is perfect dont have to worry about gas mixing or oil changes, and the best thing NO PULLING TO START.
Step by step directions for assembly. No problem. During assembly, we charged the battery. Took it outside to test it out. Lightweight, easy to use, cuts great.
does what i intended to do with it. usually uses at least 1 4ah battery to mow around a 15 foot pool. would be better if they came with a 6ah battery.
Guess I need to watch out more for those reviews "collected as part of a promotion". Real world experiences are a bit more negative than these would reflect. Mower is well designed, but my battery, fully charged, will last about 10 minutes. So I suppose their claim is technically correct (UP TO 30 minutes run time). Anything between 1 minute and 30 would qualify as up to 30 minutes. I used it on a dry lawn which was not very tall at all. So if it was tall and wet, I suppose I could expect a run time around 4 minutes? Yikes. I do like the fact that it is so light and small, and I am going to keep it to use as more of a trimmer around tight areas, rather than a mower. Off to Ebay to buy another battery. Get a stopwatch and mow your lawn. If you can do it in 10 minutes, I can recommend this mower to you. (this review was not collected as part of a promotion)
i have a small 1200sq ft area of grass so I thought this would be great to have. I had bought there 13 inch mower and I love the mower. This purchase of the edger, trimmer was a huge mistake. it either feeds out way too much string or the string breaks and gets lost inside. I have used this three times in the same thing happens all the time. each time you press the button it will feed out string and that's such a waste. also, the edging step is a horrible design. you have to take the battery out, and then with your hands, move the trimmer attachment and then push down on the step. it's impossible to do with your feet as designed. I wish I'd never bought this.
