HART 20-Volt 2-inch 18-Gauge Battery-Powered Brad Nailer Kit, (1) 1.5Ah Lithium-Ion Battery

I have no experience at all using tools. But I did a DIY board and batten and quickly realized that I needed this tool. I was kind of except that it was listed as in stock at the store but wasn't on the shelf at my local walmart. Even the store attendant scanned the price barcode and noted that they had 2 in stock but refused to help me find it. So I placed an online order and received in later that day. I watched a YouTube tutorial promoted by the company on how to use it. I'm glad its battery powered instead of using a compressor and being plugged in. Its easy to use. I dont really know which pressure to set it to so I left it as is. It came with a few brad 2 inch brad nails. Worked fine for my project. And the battery works for other Hart tools should I get any. I loved that it was affordable tok because I started to pay $250 plus at home depot or lowes for a similar project (different brand). I'd recommend it.

I am pleased with my Hart 20v brad Nailer as well as the 350 CFM blower and 40v 21" mower. Nail jams were from operator error and easy to fix. Over all, the Hart line is decent enough for home and light to medium D.I.Y jobs. Only one battery has crapped-out before a reasonable lifetime. Glad I got a battery with each tool.

I hate to hear The news that HART is no longer going to be sold in Walmart stores as Walmart has almost forced them out. It seems. I have an entire collection of heart products and honestly no issues with 98% of it. I would say the biggest issue is that about every fifth battery operated product that comes with the battery has a dead battery on delivery that will not charge because of a malfunction. The fit and finish and quality of this nailer is fine. I haven't had a jam, but I have had a handful of failure to fire situations and I did have to swap out the battery from the 2.5 amp to the five amp to give it a little extra power to drive the bread, nails deep into the wood as you would want.

do not buy i paid 170 and the battery does not work i had to take the battery out of my drill for it to work i could got one with out the battery for 140 they refsed to do a refund on just the battery and refuse to send me a replacement battery i will be going back to Amazon i lost 40$ and stuck with a worthless battery

I bought this due to the price compared to a real nail gun and definitely got what I paid for. When it works, it works well. But don't expect it to be a consistent working tool. It jams every so often and then you have to angle it so it catches the release tip in a certain way. It's definitely not for any professional. Great for small, small projects that using a hammer would be too time consuming.

The battery was dead! Went to the store and got another one and that battery was dead and would not charge either. Called the company to get another battery instead of returning and the process was so frustrating that I said forget it and I returned it. I already have one of these nail guns and was trying to get one for my daughter so she would stop borrowing mine. I love the product but unfortunately, can get one for my daughter with a battery that charges and without red tape. Their customer service team needs a complete overhaul!

I had to go into the store because the person that pulled my order, substituted a brad nail gun with a sander. I had to go into the store and wait 45 minutes before an employee could unlock the door and walk the nailer to customer service

Straight out of the box, plugged in battery charger and popped the battery on - error light is blinking. Battery will not charge. Will be taking back to exchange. Give it one more try. If that one does not work then I'll be looking for another brand.

Battery did not work took back to Walmart. They wouldn’t just grab a battery off the shelf and swap that out they want to change out the whole thing so the next one I got it was inconsistent on how it would place the nails one would set in and the next three would be a quarter out a half out and 3/4 out Wasted nails tried to adjust would not change overall not very impressed with tool

it kept on jamming, it kept on pushing out no brad nails. we tried a few types and same results blanks - it caused more of a loss than perform as advertised. when we received the item, the item's seal was open; not sure if this is the cause or it was just defective. I researched more when it kept on jamming, shooting out NO brad nails... meaning it did the opposite function plus there's a recall of this brand nailer. I didn't check it this particular batch was part of the recall so we decided to return the item
