neither battery will charge

Brought these as a gift. My only initial complaint is the charger? not being able to charge the tools. It's blinking red when attempting to, but is clearly not strong enough to really charge them from the dead state they arrived in the box in. Other than that the quality of the actual products seem durable %26 sturdy. More than likely I'll be returning to Walmart.

Took it out of the box only to find the batteries won't charge. I have other hart products and their batteries are terrible. Also very expensive for something that doesn't last.

it would be a great set, if the batteries charged!
Item arrived sealed, nut when I tried to charge the included 20v 2amp batteries, the charger gave an error and would not charge either of the two batteries included.
