hart hammer drill
This hammer drill is durable. I drilled 18 , quarter inch holes two inches deep in concrete. the torque is excellent. one drill bit for 18 holes was unexpected the durability was great and after using it the charging was less than an hour

Drill Good -- Included battery is JUNK!
The drill is nice, appears powerful. But.....the battery included with the drill is garbage. It would not take a charge, returned it for exchange and had to return the entire package, The second package had the same type battery and it also was junk would not charge. If I had not purchased a separate set of 4ah batteries I would not have been able to use the drill. So - drill good, included battery junk!

Just not strong enough for bigger jobs, just ended up spending the money on a wired obe instead.

the battery charger didn't work so therefore we can't use until we get a new charger but that's just it this was a new drill and it never worked so not very pleased

Dead battery right out of the box
I believe the drill itself is fine as a brushless tool, but it is of no use without a functioning battery. Brand new, right out of the box, the battery doesn't work at all. It has no charge and will not charge. It has been over a month, several emails with lots of information provided by me to Hart customer service and still no resolution. It feels like you just get the runaround, so I have no confidence that they will stand behind the product.

Out of the box the battery was bad. It would not charge showing defective on the charger. I have several pther Hart units and have only seen one other battery issue. I will try again with hopes this isnt a new normal for the brand.
