This thing is awesome. I have rocky, clay soil and this saves so much effort in digging the holes. It doesn't go through the rock but it certainly relieves 90% of the labor.

I received my order over 3 weeks ago. Upon picking up the order for this item, it was missing the bit. I, a business owner who needed this item for a job, then had to go purchase my missing part. I have been given the run around for 21 days now, accompanied with false promises, half truths, and just flat out lies. I have been given offers of discounts by which I had to spend more of my own money to be able to use. I have been sent spam links that led to nothing. Ive spoken to probably 5 customer service representatives %26 at least 3 supervisors. Ultimately leaving me, the paying customer, still chasing after customer service to make this right. HART was no help either. Ask me how I know. All I can suggest, if ordering an item online, especially through a third party seller through Walmart's website, check the 3rd party's inventory of the item and parts.
