Check the batteries they don't charge get error
Make sure you check the batteries, the batteries won't charge I got error codes, but tried my other battery the impact driver works great.

Very Good Tool but Noisy
I returned the one I bought because the gears seemed to be noisier than normal. Other than the rough gearbox this is a remarkable tool. I has lots of power but also fine speed control. In a way I like this model with brushes better than the brush less ones. The trigger response is much more predictable and linear. The brush less ones have a delay while the circuitry decides what you want it to do. The brushed one also is smaller in diameter but longer. I probably wouldn't have noticed the rough gears if I didn't have the brush less one also. It is a lot quieter and it spins faster but the speed control is less precise than the one with brushes. I gave it four stars for the noisy gearbox but that may be a defect in the one I had. I would not hesitate to purchase one again.

HART products are usually pretty great. This item arrived and both batteries were bad. The will not charge.

Brand New Put of the Box, With; A DEAD BATTERY.
Had to return and order the Impact Driver and Drill with 2 batteries (2.0 ah instead of 1.5) with a bag, belt clip, 2 batteries and charger for 10$ more

Received product. Attempt to charge batteries, charger and or batteries do not work. According to instructions, either one or both items are faulty.

Dead on arrival
Probably a great kit, but the battery charger was DOA. Just blinks red in the error pattern. This is with both new batteries and an old battery we had.

didn't even get to use it.either the charger or the batteries were bad. took it back for refund,no problem.
