HART Power Hedge Trimmer 20 Volt Cordless 18 inch with 2.0Ah Lithium-Ion Battery

I park my car in an alleyway and have to drive out by a fence and telephone pole where vines have grown and allowed a bush to sprout big right at the edge of the alley to get onto the road. Took less than 5mins to clean up that bush and those vines with this tool. barely even used a 4th of the battery for the job either and that was straight out the box no charge yet.

The trimmer is for the cutting that is too thin for a limb chain saw. It does need to be lubricated often as with any hedge trimmer. The Battery must have been old stock and wouldn't charge with out being re -nitialized. After that it changed fine.

company is going out of business so hope batteries and tool works or it's a complete waste of money. I have a lot of heart tools

It ia a great little trimmer. At only 20v, it isn't very powerful but does most jobs quick and easy and being cordless and light just adds to tge ease

I had to buy this item 3 times and each time the battery was completely dead and would not recharge. I've bought many Hart products and usually batteries come with some charge, these had none and all wouldn't recharge. I finally bought a separate battery as I needed the trimmer. The batteries where the old style, all black, no charge gauge. new batteries are white with charge indicator. I believe these kits were sent out with too low or no charge and they sat on shelves too long depleting what little charge, if any, they had. I tried to return just the battery but WalMart said I had to return whole kit in packaging. I had to make several trips to store 30 to 35 miles each time. Totally so satisfied with experience, both Wal Mart and Hart.

Battery wouldn't charge. I have another Heart product that I'm very happy with. Waiting on a reply to email sent to Hart.

Walmart keeps sending me used equipement that have obviously been taped back up and returned. The battery is doa this is the 3rd time I try purchasing this tool from them the second time they sent me the one I had previously returned for the same issue battery doa.

i didn't even have the change to test. The battery has been charging for more than 24hr and still not capable to turn on the trimmer. this is the second one i bought (regular price). the first one had the same issue but i bought it on clearance, i thought that was the reason (defective product on clearance). but looks like its normal. so disappointed

The battery isn't charging. I put my other battery on the new charger and it charged fine. The trimmer worked great with the good battery.

battery would not charge when received, according to charger the battery was defective straight out of the box
