HART 20-Volt Cordless 4 1/2-inch Angle Grinder (Battery Not Included)

I like the Hart tools, including this one, and being able to use the same batteries for all of them. I didn't read everything before buying this one, which I intended to use for cutting up some small metal tubing, and I was disappointed to find that the Hart cutoff wheels that Walmart sells don't work with this angle grinder. It takes only type 27, and the wheels are type 1. That's nothing against the angle grinder, but I think others would also assume that the Hart disks would work with the Hart grinder.

I like everything about this so far but I used it twice only yet so that's quite a limited experience. I seem to like the quality and operation, they seem to be crisp and clean and free of unnecessary protruding parts. I like also that it with the 20v system so I did not need to buy extra batteries as I have 4 already switching between my 5 hart tools.

i had a lock on my trailer i lost the key to but the power this gave me to cut it was great. Definitely recommend but next time ill get a thinner grinder

Ive used it for several days straight and it works perfectly. Definitely need to invest in a couple of 4 amp hr batteries to get the proper amount of torque IMO.

Hart is a really good brand, was a great buy to add to my dad's Hart collection of tools. Great find, great price. Walmart.

I liked the appearance and design. The ergonomics are good, it has very even balance in hand. It has a good amount of power and rpm for diy jobs. Used it for cutting steel and grinding concrete, found no problem. Overall I would say it's a good buy.

It worked great. The only drawback was the coarseness of the disc. I could have used a courser grit grinding disc. Otherwise it worked fine.

Motor is slow and not a grinder you would use for heavy work.. only good for small around the hour projects.

Works intermittently. Bought it as a bundle with batteries. Returned it to the store and couldn't exchange it in store. The bundle price was $29.00 and to replace it is $69.00 so another $40.00 out of pocket to replace it.

I was sent an opened box that had been ripped apart and then retaped from the store. When I opened it, it was missing the spanning wrench. I reached out to hart due to it missing the one part and they told me that I could only go through the store. I had no choice to swap it but to only return it and to buy it again. I went to the isle and there sat 4 brand new ones that had not been opened at all. I take one to self checkout and for some reason it rings up double price even though it is the same exact one and it even says it on the tag on shelf. The cashier even used his phone and it pulls it up for the right price but he said he can't do anything about it and that I could go wait in line which is now 20 deep at the desk. I would put money on it that they retaped the box and put it back on the shelf since they didn't have a problem the first time
