HART 20-Volt Cordless Grease Gun (Battery Not Included)

This into does not come with a grease pressure setting not does it have a variable pressure trigger. To control the flow rate, intermittently pressing the trigger will receive the flow rate. The fill zerk was not perfectly sealing, so I replaced it with one I had on hand, which kept the refill process simple and neat. For the cost of the unit and it's functionality, it more than folks my needs as a bus mechanic, with each bus consuming an entire tube of grease. I also replaced the grease house with a longer one, as I require the added reach for maintaining various systems on buses. A 2.0 mah battery will easily last 15-20 tubes. This unit can really pump out a good volume of grease very quickly, so keep an eye on that. With one shortcoming and my actions, this vin has worked perfectly over 100 times for me.

Awesome tool. Debated upgrading to Dewalt since most tools are Dewalt for along time until I started to test HART as cheaper alternative previously. I got tired of compromising positions using my manual grease gun on my zero turn and tractor thus this tool was a game changer as my efficiency improved which translates into money saved in many ways as the mower spindles have been consistently smooth, save money on belt replacements. Never mind my knuckles dislikes impacting the metal!

u use all the grease and so much cleaner to use than the hand ones

This is a 20v cordless heavy duty grease gun. While you can use this to grease your standard car or truck grease inserts, you should be very careful. This grease gun uses very high pressure when pushing the grease out the tube. The unit is not light, so it will not be easy to use in a "lay on the floor situation", can be done, but not easy. Worked very well greasing the bearings on a Swamp cooler squirrel cage shafts. Tried on a couple Toyota truck ball joints and it works, while being very careful apply the trigger in small quick squirts. Please keep in mind this is only the Bare tool, YOU will have to buy a Hart Charger and battery which runs around $59, unless you already have other 20v hart cordless tools that has a battery and charger, they are interchangeable.

While you may think this versus a hand held manual one. The advantage here is if you have several fittings, or the kind where you have to apply a lot of grease. In a shop where it can be repetitious, or if you are working on large equipment in the field. We'll designed, easy to use and load. Good grip and sturdy. There are plenty of times you have limited space or don't have two hand to operate a manual greae gun.This only takes one hand to use. Especially if what you are working on is covered in dirt and you've got to fix it under less than ideal conditions. Worth the investment.

Every week I have a semi- tractor and trailer to grease. With tendonitis in my dominate arm I decided to take the easy route. Oh ya what difference this makes. It'll take the standard cartridge or can be filled from a bulk pail. This sure makes my weekends easier. Note battery pack and charger are sold seperately. Thanks Hart!

This makes greasing easier. I would recommend this tool.

grease gun works great, but the coupler would not hook onto the grease zerks, so leaked grease every time I tried it until it broke after 6 zerks, so I had to get a new coupler to repair it.

Wrong mileau does not work as anticipated
