Product is versatile, effective and convenient with the interchangeable batteries I have for all my Hart tools

My wife loved it, she has mobility issues and it helps that it's a very light and maneuverable piece! We love the mount it comes with as well it's useful for storage /charging. it's good on battery consumption and noise. We have two dogs and it keeps our apartment clean not just the floors but the couches %26 other surfaces as long as we use the other devices it comes with! Definitely recommend 10/10

Bought without battery or charger because I already have those saving $50.00. The 20v batteries are interchangeable. Vacuum works well with all four attachments. Vacuum picked up great on hard surfaces, carpet and inside of car. Not to heavy and easy to use. Fairly quiet.

I had the previous generation of this vacuum and looked forward to the brushless version. seems to have more suction than my previous one. battery life seems about the same. Feels a slight bit heavier but feels nice and solid as well. i really like it and it does a good job ...

This vacuum has better suction than the Shark or Dyson that I've had. I love that all the pieces come apart from the motor so it can be easily cleaned. I purchased an additional battery so I can charge one while I'm using one. I can now vacuum the entire house without stopping to recharge the unit.

I am pleased with the vacuum only lost 1 star because I didn't receive a charger for my battery and vacuum dock but I have 3 chargers already so it's not the end of the world

Just randomly shuts off when you start using it. Happens multiple times then it seems to be good after that. Really annoying. Yes, that's with a fully charged battery and empty canister. Don't know why it does that. Got many other Hart tools that work fine, don't know what's going on with this thing. Has good suction though.

when you read that a vaccum that is proudly advertised with a 2x power at least you expect a reasonable suction power, hart even that even states that has a brushless motor , but reality is not a vaccum for a reasonable job power is really low, it may be related on how thick the filter is. At the end I regret the purchase. save you money for something better

Vacuum's beater head stopped working after about a year and half of ownership. Hart refuses any warranty work on devices if you lose the original receipt. So much for those serial numbers. Never purchasing a Hart product again with such poor customer service.
