Works great! Very handy%26 versatile! Batteries are interchangeable with all my Hart power tools. This my go-to hedge trimmer, not too big, not too small!

I love the vacuum really works good except when the belt broke and I'm still waiting for a belt for it. Have been waiting for the part a month already. Not very pleased about it because I can't use my vacuum.

I have had this a month or so, it works well. I trimmed everything in my yard, many days worth of working and the battery is still charged. Keep in mind it is only for small diameter trimming, some of my bushes I couldn't trim as much as I wanted to as they are old and the diameter was too large.

So convenient! Excellent size for trimmer around the house and nice to go cordless as I build up my Hart tools

The Hart tool itself works great. Perfect for trimming near the vinyl siding along the back of the house where I'd gouged it in the past with a weedeater (cementing a path or extending a "trench" along the siding would've been a long-term solution. But now we're selling %26 moving so those aren't viable anymore, after replacing the damaged siding). Tool is quick %26 efficient. Blade changes are a breeze. Battery life very good on a 4 or 6ah. What was NOT good, and why I knocked off 2 stars is (1) the package had CLEARLY been opened previously. It was probably a return. That's a knock on Walmart. Delivery was fast. But it feels scuzzy to get a problem return. If I'd known that, I would have tried something else. At LEAST give me a discount for opened/returned defective merchandise. And (2) I surmise return because the battery was DEAD. That's a knock on Hart. This is the 2nd DEAD battery I've gotten from them. In each case it's been a "black" battery (no power meter built in). I've had great success with Hart stuff, so I'm a customer. But this experience has me rethinking my commitment. You can no longer buy direct from Hart's website. You have to buy from Walmart. This is a mistake. Hart should have remained independent and concentrated on quality. Now I wonder before i sink money into the line. Walmart seems to be out of alot of Hart stuff too much. Iow, things seem to be going downhill. Add to the fact you cannot return or exchange the battery separately to either Walmart or Hart completes the knocks. Like I said, I love my Hart stuff - works great overall. Just be careful what you get, how you get it and who from (which, right now, unfortunately, only seems to be walmart or ebay).

Ordering was easy and shipped quick. The only problem is that either that battery or charger are faulty. It keeps blinking red twice and never turns green to charge. I will be returning it to the store and ordering another one with the hopes that the charger and battery work next time. I love my Hart equipment, but was a little bummed about the battery on this one

I have ordered this item 2 times and I had to return the first one because the battery would not charge! I re-ordered a new one and this battery will not charge. There is a problem with the 20 V battery that came with this product. Would you please advise the seller to send me a new 20 V battery! Thank you

Sent a bad battery and I'm pretty sure it was a used item, very disappointed in Hart, I have most of their items and this was a big let down, I will return it and buy a different brand

This is the second unit I have purchased that has a dead battery. When placed on the charger, it flashes an error code. The manufacturer says this happens when inventory sits too long before it is shipped.

If you use it as a light duty or super light duty tool, then you might not be disappointed to the tool. But if you have higher expectations then don't buy it. After one use the blade jammed so I had to disassemble the blade and found a part of the blade damaged.
