The HART 20-Volt Cordless Dual Function Digital Inflator is a winner in my book. I had to re-read parts of the instructions before heading out to my car to check the tires. I appreciate the fact that you can set the desired PSI and the pump will turn off automatically when the desired pressure is reached. My spare tire had only 30 pounds pressure and needs 60 pounds, so I set the inflator to turn off at 60 pounds, attached the air chuck to the tire valve, and let it run. It turned off after 2-3 minutes. Subsequently I checked the tire pressure using a regular pressure gauge and the reading was about 60 pounds. The operator's manual advises that you use a regular pressure gauge to check tire pressure after using the inflator. The operator's manual advises not to run the unit for more than 5 minutes without a comparable cool-down period. I don't currently have a need to fill an air mattress or inflatable pool toys, but I'm sure the Hart Inflator will work fine when the need arises. The Hart Inflator appears to be well made. Like other small inflators, it makes quite a bit of noise when it's running, but run-time is usually short and the convenience outweighs the noise. The inclusion of an LED light in the handle is thoughtful. Lithium-ion battery and charger sold separately, and compatible with most other Hart products.
What I love about the Hart dual function digital inflator is that its lightweight and accurate. I like that you can get your tire pressure reading when you turn the power on. There are accessories included to air basketballs, beachballs, etc. There is also an accessory for airing an air mattress. They are coveniently stored on the high pressure side. I like that there is a led light also to use for roadside emergencies. It is located on handle. All I did was attach the Hart 20V battery (not included) and it was ready to use. The inflator weighs 3 pounds. The operating 0-150 PSI. It is very easy to use. It includes high pressure hose, high pressure nozzle, Presta valve attachment, sports needle, high pressure hose, pinch valve nozzle and operator’s manual. I plan on keeping this in the trunk of my car. There is a limited 3 year warranty included. I recommend the HART dual function digital inflator. I won’t leave home without it.
I recently received the “HART 20-Volt Cordless Dual Function Inflator (Tool Only.)” This inflator has been really awesome over the past couple of days. We have had family over that can’t leave because of the virus so we have had to buy a couple of air mattresses for everyone to use. This inflator has been so amazing because it inflates an entire queen sized mattress in under two minutes. I really like the auto fill shut off because you can set it up, turn it on and just let it go without having to worry about it. The onboard LED light was a good touch for when you have a roadside emergency and need to let other drivers out there be aware of you. The digital gauge has been really great because it allows you to see your pressure readings even in the dark. The onboard storage is really great as well because you are able to keep multiple accessories right there with you. This kit includes the dual function inflator, a high pressure hose, a high-pressure nozzle, a Presta valve attachment, a sports needle, a high-volume hose and a pinch valve nozzle. You just have to make sure that you have your own Hart 20V battery to be able to use this inflator. The manual was easy to read and easy to follow when learning how to set this inflator up and actually use it.
As with the other Hart tools this is easy to store. Taking up little space, lightweight and convenient to use items. I have a tire inflator that I must connect to my truck battery to use. This also is handy, but I always have to find someone else to do it for me. I don’t like fooling with my car battery, and getting messed up if I am going to town. This inflator has the lithium battery and as long as it is charged (long lasting) I am good to go. Either at home or on the road. If I am going out of town I take it with me. No need to have any assistance with this. It is the size of a workman’s lunch box and is easy to carry. There is even a useful LED light incorporated into the handle for those night time emergencies..The hose has its own storage area right on the inflator. The automatic inflation shut off, at your specified poundage is wonderful for me. I am not able to keep bending over a tire as it inflates. This is a real back saver as well as cutting down on the stress about worrying about over or under inflation. Of course it can be used for other inflation work, not just tires. It actually works great on an air mattress that I have for when my adult grandson visits. What took me the longest with the inflator was reading the direction a few times to make sure I had it right before putting it in my truck for road emergencies. The actual time of inflation was maybe 2 minutes for a tire that was low, not flat.
So convenient. Got this with two 20volt batteries. It’s accurate as well. Compared the stopping pressure with two different tire pressure testers and it was spot on. Why wait for your regular air compressor when you can just grab this a top off your tires. You could throw it in your vehicle as well if you wanted. This was a great purchase.
I like the HART Cordless Dual Function Digital Inflator. I needed a replacement for my vehicle and this one does well. It is very lightweight, a lot lighter than the previous Inflator that I had and the best thing about it is that I do not need to plug this one up to my cigarette adapter. So far we have used it to pump up the kids basketballs and also there twin size are mattresses when they stayed a night over there auntie house. It has a hose attached on each end of the digital inflator, one is designed for cars and bike tires while the other side is for beds or blowup pools. It is pretty quiet and pumps air fairly quick. There's a light on this that makes it standout from other digital Inflators that makes its very convenient at night. Best of all it has simple instructions on how to use the high pressure volume hose, inflation and LED function sticker on it.
Does my review of the hart 20 V cordless door function digital inflator, The first thing I noticed was it’s a perfect size not too big not too small to even keep in your garage until you need it, Please remember the battery and charger are not included in this package. You can inflate toys basketballs or tires with this inflator one of the nice things is actually has even a place for your tire caps to sit while you inflate the tire. This way they do not get lost. Another nice thing is they give you a lot of different tips to inflate different items which I really appreciate. This is something I will be using for a very long time on those cold mornings where my tires gives me a low warning alert. I definitely highly recommend this item and the complete hart line.
Love this tire inflator! No more looking for a gas station with an air pump that actually works! I now have my own personal to inflate my tires when needed. It is cordless and battery just needs to be charged. Easy to use. Just connect the hose and inflate away!
This product is amazing! I literally filled my son's tires on his bike in seconds. The sound it makes is normal and expected for most inflators, what I liked about this one compared to the ones you put in your car plug, is that you don't have to put it in your car outlet in order for it to work which means you dont have to worry about the cord reaching your tires because its portable and don't have to be held in order to work. Its important to check hoses for worn out or weak conditions before use. The inflator is very Versatile and that you can use the nozzles for various inflating items such as sports balls, bikes, and of course your car tires which comes in handy and saves a lot of money over time. It also has a LED light on the handle for dark nights where you need extra lighting (this only works when the battery is attached and active). Easy to grip and once you put the psi on it gives you the air needed to get the job done. Operating range is from 0-150 along with automatic shut off for your safety. Caution: For safety please read instructions before attempting to use all products. Would recommend I love this inflator. Cheers!
So this is in no way talking bad about Hart because I’ve bought all my other tools through Hart and I love them. But this specific product I would not recommend just because of the dependability. I’ve bought 3 of these. One for my parents, one for my fiancé and one for myself. And both, mine and my fiancés have almost caught on fire. They started smoking really bad and smelled horrible. They both started smoking after running maybe 3 times previously for about 2-3 minutes at a time. So the motor life is around 10 minutes before they start to crap out and start smoking. I just wish they would make these with a better inflator motor because I also have the handheld one and it still has yet to go out in me. But I love this one because of the automatic PSI setting where you don’t have to hold down the button. It just does it for you. So I just wish they could put a better motor in this one and I would buy a couple of these if they actually lasted. Please fix it.
