I love the Hart value
I like the dual power. spool auto advances by letting go of the power button and then restarting, easy rewinding new line used .60 width had no problem , very easy to use.

Already owned this product for a couple of years and wore it out but not to the point it does not run. I enjoy using harts battery ran tools. I would recommend this tool brand

it works really well I didn't have a lawn mower and I did a lot with just one weed I used a 4-Hour amp battery and it worked for least an hour

It is easy to use. However, it gets heavy if you have to hold for any length of time. It would be better if it came with a shoulder strap.

OK
Seems fine, I liked the older version better though. Still getting used to it, so only 4 stars, but no real complaints. Well, maybe one, it shows to come with a edging package and wheel, that didn't arrive with the trimmer. Not the end of the world, but it was advertised. Not sure I would use it, but would like the opportunity.

Dead battery
The battery was dead upon purchase. I used another Hart battery try the trimmer out. It kept jamming. When I took it the my local Walmart they told me they could only give me a store credit (even though I had a receipt) because I had tried it out prior to returning it. All I wanted was a replacement. I called Hart. They suggested going to another Walmart!! I haven't done that yet!

Hart weed eater
This was the other 20v weed eater to go with the previous set because it has the 2 batteries THAT DO NOT WORK. So now we know why they were on sale. Do not buy this hart brand .

i have lawn mower and leaf blower for few years and they are working perfectly. the trimmer is smoking and the string keeps melting 😞

doesn't have much power, very short (especially if you're tall). spend a little more and get the bigger 13" one and you'll be much better off!

I loved this weed eater i bought several years ago, but stopped working , Si I bought the same one because i have several batteries and didnt want to get new ones , but i only had this one for couple of months and died same as other other one
