Great for measuring around the house
I originally bought it for my daughter's school work (she needed to measure each room in the house) and it worked great. I've been using it for measuring everything around the house. It retracts easily, is very durable and the numbers are big and easy to read.

Easy to hold and Use
This tape measure is very easy to hold and use. It has a very soft to the touch finish and the retraction Of holding it stopped or closed is Very easy. This locks perfectly every time and closes smoothly - no snapping shut like other measures.

Extended tab is nice, lock release could be better
Pretty well built tape measure, good value. The main drawback is that the tape locking mechanism does not release easily...takes some fiddling with. Other than that, it's pretty well put together with a decently thick tape. The oversize hook's pretty handy for getting the tape to hang onto the edge of a longer object when there's no 'helper' about.
