I liked these respirators. They were very comfortable in that the straps were not tight. I also liked that these reapirators did not touch my nose or mouth which most mask do and can be irritating at times. I spray painted 20 picture frames for my kindergarten class to put a picture in for one of their end of the year gifts and it kept the smell and fumes of spray paint away.
Very effective masks. Still fog up glasses.
I recently used the Hart N95 Respirator Mask while I was making several of my spray paint art on canvas, and the mask really seemed to helped me to stop breathing in the spray paint fumes. On the included instruction booklet, one of the things it specifies is that it does not protect against inhalation of fumes,. But with the permium filtration, I seemed to breath easier, and as I've already stated, it did in fact help to protect against the inhalation of the fumes. It fits rather nicely, not too snug or too loose. One strap is placed above your ears and the other strap is placed below the ears. It has an adjustable nose bridge and dual head straps. I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase an N95 Respirator Mask.
This three pack of masks is a good buy from Walmart. However, when I ordered them, my package only had one inside apparently somebody decided to take a couple out at the store. I had to make a special trip back to the store to exchange it for the actual three pack. Aside from that, these are pretty decent masks at a good price.
These masks fit well and I can tell they are good by how when I breathe in it sucks up toward my face. They have a stiff round shape so they won't get in the way of breathing at all so I don't need to use a bracket underneath. I was hoping to be able to pull it down when not in use but it is rather large so my chin gets in the way but I can still move to the side and not have to worry about it falling off. I got these because of Covid-19 but will definitely use them while working around the house while painting or cutting wood in the garage.
I tried out one of these in my home woodworking shop. I was cutting hardboard exterior siding with a circular saw, and didn't notice any smell of the sawdust, which I normally smell while cutting wood and wood products. It fits pretty well after adjusting the metal strip on the nosepiece, but I could feel some air escaping into my eyes and around my chin while exhaling. It's labeled N95 but does not carry a NIOSH label. Hart, N95 and the part number are embossed on the front. Very small lettering on the upper right corner of the package says, "Not intended for medical or specific occupational use" It does have elastic straps that go around the back of the head, rather than ear loops which are worthless. Proper straps around the back of the head are the only way to achieve some hope of sealing, but these straps are not very snug. I've worked in jobs which require a fit tested respirator, and these masks would probably not pass a fit test. I rated these at 4 stars. I believe that the N95 label is somewhat deceptive considering the lack of NIOSH rating. They do seem like good dust masks, and probably filter out a large percentage of home workshop dust. I would recommend them as casual dust masks, but not to protect from anything medically harmful.
these was too big and they dont have the nose thing so they keep coming up in my eyes
The Hart N95 mask is a comfortable mask with soft fabric bands that fit nicely around the ear, unlike the rubber bands from other brands. There is a metal strip that allows for a better fit around the nose. The fabric allows for easy breathing. Unlike a previously used brand of N95 masks, the Hart mask is not as snug, which might allow drywall dust to be inhaled. The fabric does not appear to be as thick, so I hope the protection is not diminished. Overall, I would use this mask as a COVID mask, but I might use a different one when using around really dusty areas.
These masks are HUGE. Doesn't come close to fitting my face and can not be adjusted. The bottom of the mask hang of my chin. I dont see these masks fitting anyone who isn't a cage fighter or boxer.
i didnt care for the fit as they were too loose, no matter how i adjusted. i ended up using a different product.
