HART 3100 PSI 2.5 GPM 212cc 4-Cycle OHV Gas Powered Cold Water Pressure Washer

So far, so good! Good pressure, and engine starts easy. I ran the oil that came with it to do my driveway (a few hours worth), to do break-in. Changed to heavier 15w-40 due to FL heat. Washed my truck with it. very happy for the price. good unit.

Love this machine, however it's major down fall is in the hose. Nearly impossible to unkink and even when you think you got it it's snagged again. Other than that I love everything else. Honest I don't use the built in soap applicator so I don't know how well it works, but very easy to start.

I felt like I was taking a chance with this pressure washer, but have been impressed and surprised. No only is it light, very easy to put together with very reasonable instructions, but I bought a 15 inch circular cleaner as well and finished my moderate-sized driveway faster and easier (by far) that the older commercial Honda-powered unit I used to borrow from my brother-in-law. The power of this unit is all most people would ever need. I have used it twice and the patio also cleaned better than with the commercial unit. It came well-boxed and uses gasoline fairly frugally. The only problem that I have encountered is that one of the spots that hold the various tips for wand spraying is loose and a rough ride will jar the tip loose. I would highly recommend this unit for just about any job.

Great power washer. Started with ease after assembly. And its power is great. I did my whole driveway plus sidewalk with ease and also the reach of pressure of the gun is great. Highly recommend it. Don’t pass on HART

WalMart pick up was great. But the power washer it's self was damaged. The box had very few marks and was not crushed. The gas tank was absolutely crushed, and had to have been boxed at manufacturing that way. We live so far away we did not return to store. We are able to get the cap off, but the tank can't hold a full amount of fuel. It started and ran great hopefully it lasts as long as our other honda power washer did.

Can't use it when one of the biggest pieces is missing how can someone forget to put that bug of a piece in the box and how ome quality control miss checking the box and when i called hart corporate head quarters they said that they don't make that one any more and that they couldn't get the part i needed

I purchased this pressure washer on February 7, and it stopped working by March 7. I only used the pressure washer three times. When I tried to return it to Walmart, I was told that the original box and manual are required for returns. Conact eyed customer service several times and received lies after lies, and I finally spoke with a rep that assisted and told me to use the warranty. I also purchased the Hart warranty. While the warranty is technically valid, the closest repair location is 80 miles away and the next one is 120 miles away. The equipment has to be taken there in person, and their hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. 🥴🙄🫢. During my work schedule (nobody's problem, but please check for service centers locations before you purchase). I would not recommend purchasing this item. You will likely lose both time and money trying to resolve issues if it stops working.

it came with out a sprayer wand called the manufacturer they said it was to new to replace no part number had to go out buy one myself also box came damaged will never buy again

I had to return it. it kept overheating. it wouldn't stay running. there was no way to do any jobs because it kept shutting down.

Absolute garbage got to the job site couldn't get water to go through the pump called hart customer support who then informed me that I have a defective machine. Don't waste your time.
