Let's get the only con out of the way. This thing is heavy. That being said, you're not actually lifting it beyond carrying it from the garage to the snow. On a full charge I was able to do my entire driveway (100' long), the 75' of sidewalk i have as well as both porches and a small path to the detached garage and still have 2 bars left on the battery indicator. I was into some powder, some ice and even slush with it. This thing eats it all. Set it down, squeeze the trigger and just walk. As for durability, we'll see. It's only the first winter but I can say, aside from a few minor scratches on the bottom, this unit isn't showing any wear from the times I've used it so far.

I'm 67 years old and live in Sault Ste Marie Michigan where we get over 200 inches of snow during the winter. I'm very pleased with it!!!

I got it just in time, I charged it and put a foot of snow in it place, elsewhere, lol

love this!!! its not strong so need to chop up hard packed snow by the road. does great on the drive way, walkways and deck!

This was easy to assemble and came with a little charge so it didn't take long to get a full charge. It came in handy for the snow storm we got last week. It processed 2-3 inches of the light drift kind of snow easily. We'll have to see if it works on the heavier wetter snow. It works well on small- medium driveways.

I can't really give a full review as I only got to test this once before the temp rose above 40 degrees and all the snow disappeared. Having purchased this I am quite certain we will have mild winters with no more snow until the battery has ceased being able to hold a charge. You can all thank me. Assembly was quick and easy. There is a bit of play in the handle sections but it worked fine. The small area of my patio I did get to use this on was cleared quickly and with minimal effort.

For what it's supposed to do, it gets it done, but the item is bulky to use. might as well just stick with a regular shovel.

Need to contact walmart. just opened it and this is OBVIOUSLY used and for 250 bucks id like a new one please...

Battery displayed full charge but would not turn on shovel after safety switch engaged and trigger pulled. Battery also displayed error on the charger. Very upsetting, especially returning it to the store on a night of a snow storm 5-8”. Did not work out of the box, very disappointing Hart!!
