HART 40 Volt Brushless Attachment Capable 15-inch String Trimmer with Edger Attachment

I ordered this bundle and when it arrived it didn't have the edger attachment. So I went back to my order and it had changed to just the weed eater. As you can see in my attached photo, it shows that I “bought 1 time”. Hope no one else falls into this.

I have yet to try the product out because you did not send what I ordered. Again. It was supposed to include an edger and that is the single reason that I went ahead and purchased this. But your system even though I and your customer service rep ordered this with the edger. She verified it and I did too even though we ordered it. The order changed so that it's no longer on the order. This is very frustrating.

Bait and switch. I purchased the trimmer and edger only to get an update that only the trimmer is being sent. It would be fine if they lowered the price and charged the correct amount but I am still be charged full price for both items and only receiving one of them. Also this has been delays by over a week from the original delivery.

I never used this item, but it advertises it as a Hart cordless attachment capable string trimmer with battery, charger AND EDGER ATTACHMENT Twice I ordered this item and both times just before it shipped the order changed to only showing the trimmer with out the edger attachment and thats what was sent, the first time it was only in the manufactures box which was all busted up and ripped open, the second time it was shipped inside a larger outer box but still, NO EDGER, I called the customer service %23 and of course they could not explain why or do anything to correct it. So if you order this DON'T expect to get what is advertised.

this is a bate and switch scam done by walmart themselfs a once illegal thing to do in america if you order this item you will only get the string trimmer and not the attachments they say come with it then they will give you the run around on their 1-800 number and in store if i could give zero stars i would buyer beware.

I purchased this product three times. All three times I was not sent the combo I was just sent the trimmer. I really would love to have the product but I can't seem to get Walmart to help me at this point. I have now returned all three incorrect products and trying to figure out how to order the combo. do not order off of this link you won't get what you ordered.

I've purchased this item twice, and both times, they've shipped me the wrong one. They're only sending the string trimmer without the edger attachment. When I contacted customer service, they claimed I had ordered the string trimmer only and that I must have made a mistake. After the second purchase, they explained that they sent the wrong item because the string trimmer with the edger attachment was out of stock. They said I must have selected the option to receive a similar item if the one I wanted was unavailable. When I asked if they could ship just the edger attachment, they said it wasn't possible and that I'd have to return the item and reorder the "right" one. This is absurd and frustrating; ordering twice and receiving the wrong item both times is unacceptable. I'm certain that if I order again, I'll receive the wrong item once more. They should remove the listing if they can't fulfill the order. I just want to be able to edge my lawn.

I bought it once and had to return it because they sent the one without the edger attachment. I bought it again and they are still sending the same one without the attachment. Had to cancel the order because I can't keep spending money every time they mess up and I have to wait on a refund. I expect at least the attachment to be sent but no they wanted me to return the item and re purchase. Very frustrating over all since there is no point if I have to keep returning it.

The product you are looking at is not the product you'll receive. This is a bait and switch if I ever seen one. You'll make your purchase, and then overnight Walmart will change your order/item number that is only the trimmer. So the edger will not be included or sent. You'll contact customer support and they will be of no help, stating that you must have ordered it incorrectly. I had screenshot proof that the item changed overnight. You'll have no ability to do anything but return the item, after receiving. Buyer beware, a sleezy act done by Walmart in this one. Then they will kick you out of the chat and flag your order, making it impossible to contact them regarding it! Super cool stuff happening. Buyer beware!

I ordered the trimmer/edger combo, but they only sent the trimner. contacted customer service and was told they could refund my money, not send me the edger attachment. Disappointed as they changed my order to reflect that i only order the trimmer.
