I just like the look of the bag, how durable it is I feel like this bag will never tear or break, the only bad thing I can say about this bag is the zipper strings a lot of them have already came off of the zippers because they are not tied to them that well but besides that I have always loved this bag I use it for my books and pens and tools
I removed all of my tools (I do a lot of mobile auto work) from my conventional 18 inch heavy duty tool bag and found a place for everything in this bag. The number of elastic loops and pockets was perfect. There are a large variety of external zip up pockets for specialty tools and meters, etc. I was also able to include a small laptop in the padded area between the 2 large zip up sections. I would never put my laptop in my conventional tool bag for fear of damaging it. My old tool bag weighed a ton and was a pain to carry because of the weight. When I loaded up this bag it still weighs the same but it can be carried using the handle, or, if you're going longer distances, the padded shoulder straps ease the pain on my arms and are comfortable and work very well. One of the biggest advantages is the backpack takes up less horizontal real estate in my vehicle and allows me to carry more stuff in less space. The hard plastic bottom allows the bag to sit vertical without any issues as long as you put your heavier tools near the bottom. When you unzip each section you can lay everything out flat so you can see what you need. Everything is well thought out. The zippers and materials seem very heavy duty and I can see this lasting for years. If you move tools from place to place this is a good investment.
it's a great product but one of the zippers gets a little stuck
My husband loves this tool backpack. It’s super easy to take up on cranes at his job . You can fit a lot of tools in this backpack . They have different pockets for all the tools you may need. It’s definitely super convenient . It’s easy to get the tools out of the pockets. Great way to stay organized. The hard bottom helps it not to flip over .
Wow. Where to begin with this tool backpack. First, it's constructed very well. The stitching is excellent, and there are a LOT of storage pockets, complete with rugged looking zippers. You could store just about any tool (or anything else) you chose to. A reciprocating saw will easily fit into this pack. There are smaller pockets for everything from wrenches and screw drivers, to pencils and tape measures. The bottom is quite hard, so it easily stands upright. And the reflective tape on the front is incredibly bright when you hit it with a flashlight beam or vehicle headlights. (Or the flash from your camera, as I discovered) The only misgiving I might have, is just how practical is this? Sure, it's wonderful for keeping all your tools in one place, but at a job sight, for example, most carry a tool belt- I know I did, which has everything you may need at your disposal around your hips. That said, I suppose if you just want to keep everything together in one handy place, this would be the ticket. I'm not sure how much I would ever utilize the "Backpack" portion of this item, other than perhaps carrying it full of tools to my truck, or wherever you wished it to be. It's very comfortable on your back, and the straps are well padded. I just don't see me (or many others) lugging this around on my back- or wanting to for very far. If you load this pack up with tools, prepare to be hauling quite a heavy load. Tools are heavy!
First off, I highly recommend this product, from what we can tell so far it seems to be made with quality materials, it seems very sturdy and is holding up very well on the job! It has a padded pocket that is perfect for a laptop or iPad, it is filled with pockets inside and out, perfect for all sort of tools! The hard bottom keeps it from falling over when your reaching in for tools, and the pockets open up wide enough to be able to reach in without fumbling fir tools!! Love the fact that this product has a lifetime warranty, which it's been my experience if it has that , it is made well! I HIGHLY Recommend this product, for most if not all construction type jobs as well as any other!
HART Hard Bottom Tool Backpack 18 Pockets & 20 Loops, enough pockets and areas to lose stuff in! Weighs about 5 lbs. which I didn't really care for the weight considering it's for carrying tools & their hard enough to carry so any added weight is tough but the extra quality more then makes up for the add weight. The Bag itself seems pretty good quality although care should be takin with the plastic zippers as a couple seemed hard to zip at first but that could be because their new. (In fact the bag is way better quality then I thought it would be!) It has a hard bottom which is nice so your tools wont rip through the bottom of the bag when their heavy. The straps are foam-padded shoulder straps & harness and are well made so carrying the bag loaded is comfortable. One of the pockets toward the back is perhaps large enough to carry a laptop in (the tag states) which is nice if you need a laptop on a job. It also has 3 pockets on each side, perfect for any items such as Multi-meter, camera, whatever you can imagine! The back of the pack has a fairly large pocket perhaps for a lunch, a tarp, or whatever you can think it for! The bag is everything you need it for to be & a whole lot more!
It’s huge but seems very sturdy Once you put stuff in it might be pretty heavy Like all the pockets and the ties on the ends to find the zippers Just a bit smaller than a carry on Good reinforcement on bottom for durability and for floors Slot holders for tools make it easy to find Durable material Good cushiony straps and on back in the right spots Good variety of sizes for options of compartments Safety reflectors also good to have Waterproof a plus can’t wait to use it
very sturdy and well made just doesn't fit certain tools I'm needing but it's very good for screwdriver set though
overall it's a good bag with a lot of pockets. The pockets on the outside are great for small parts and items. the hard bottom allows the bag to sit upright. the straps are well padded, the padding on the back is thick but on the softer side. If you have alot of tools and a laptop this bag is perfect but if you don't use a laptop then the bag compresses slightly due to the soft material used to make the bag. I put a piece of cardboard in the laptop zipper to make it more rigid and now the bag sits better on my back. My main 2 issues with this bag are not having a water bottle holder and that the bag is overall a really large backpack. the inside space has a massive void. great for power tools and that stuff but for hand tools it's just too big. a smaller version for the tech on the go who only uses hand tools would be a game changer this bag is close to being perfect what the next version needs is : -remove 1 side of pockets and put a water bottle holder - make the bag smaller, it's too tall and too in depth -,instead of a hard bottom make it a soft bottom so the bag would be less in weight -make the hard hat section removable for those who don't use it -if you use the hard rubber again for the bottom at least put padding on the side that touches a person's back. -
