I wanted these gloves because my husband and I cut a lot of wood. I have damaged my fingers (and legs) previously. I thought it was time I try something beyond leather farm gloves for the job. I will never load wood without these again. This may or may not be the purpose of these gloves, I don't know - but they do great for the job. If a cut log or piece of wood rolls, the design of these gloves offers my small fingers added layers of protection. The reason I wanted these is because my husband has an older pair that were red. He offered to steal these from me and I said no way. I love these gloves. I chose a size medium and they fit very well but they're stretchy so they do fit his larger bulky hands as well, although tight on him. I want to buy these for gifts for the other manual laborers in my family! I tried these in the spring/summer, so I have not gotten to try them in the winter yet to tell you how warm they are.
These gloves are amazing, they are comfortable and strong at the same time, I feel safe using them and I don't have to take them off if I need to use the phone, it has very useful touch screen friendly finger tips on the gloves themselves and they work perfectly, it saves me time, I highly recommend these gloves.
These gloves are touchscreen capable but more in the sense of making or answering calls. The way the glove tips are designed it is too difficult to text accurately. The rubber strips on the back help with any unexpected hits on the back of the hands. I would definitely recommend this for the DIY to the experienced construction worker.
this glove is a great fit! I'm not sure I'll be able to acquit. looks good and great value for the money for a pair of quality impact gloves.
These gloves have a comfortable, snug fit on my hands (Extra Large size). Features I especially like: (1) molded cushioning for knuckles and each finger each stitched onto gloves; (2) touch screen compatible fingertip material that works to swipe on cell phone or tablet surface; (3) velcro wrist straps to snug the gloves in place;(4) breathable, comfortable glove material that also gives good gripping surfaces. While you can't type or text in these gloves, you can swipe a screen. Fingertip areas are initially a bit stiff, but become more flexible with continued use. I use hammer drills, rotary hammer drills, and reciprocating saws from time to time. I plan to use these gloves to protect my hands which can take a beating when using these tools. One criticism: HART doesn't offer this glove in size SMALL (my wife loves these gloves and she has small hands - I went to order a pair for her, but no small size offered by HART).
I received the Hart Pro Impact Work Gloves a few days ago. from the Spark Reviewer Program. My husband has worn them and found them to be well made. He has large hands and many Extra large gloves barely fit, but these fit perfectly. He likes the style, but while blue is not his favorite color it isn't a deal breaker either. They claim they are "Touchscreen Capable" and they are. Over all they are comfortable.
Since these are xlg. I gave them to my brother who works in the auto body field. He absolutely loves them! They jave the thick tread that he says saves his hands, especially the knuckles from a lot of impact and help to ease aches he often gets from certain impacts while they are flexible enough to not constrict movement he needs. He also uses water a great deal during the day and finds they also have a wicking feature that prevent the "clammy" feeling. I would like to have a small pair for myself!
I found the gloves comfortable and durable. Thanks.
The gloves size fit good to ur hands Rubber on back helps protect ur hands from getting banged up Hands do not sweat as bad as others gloves do They got a really good grip to them u can even pick up a Screw with them on
they are very difficult to use on the touchscreen
