HART Rotating Handle Grass Shears with Titanium-Coated Blade

These clippers are great. I have some round planters by a fence in my garden that I can not trim around with my string trimmer and these work perfect for that.

Just as good as Fiskars for a lot less $$. Love how you can change the angle of the cut.

It didn't seem sharp enough and could mot handle more a few weeds at a time

Cuts great when it's not getting jammed

i had a cheap one i got from dollar general that cut better. the framing is better quality, but the blades were not tight enough.

These shears appeared to be well-made; however, when I tried cutting grass, they just bent the blades of grass rather than cutting them. I experimented with different thicknesses but realized quickly that these were not what I had hoped. I am returning them for a refund.

Only tip of blades cut; very hard on hands to use; cannot cut more than tips of single blade of grass; cannot cut through thin dried stems of flowers; kitchen utility scissors work better than this item.

Broke after 2 uses very cheap

Cheaply made and didn't work well.

As so many others have mentioned, these shears are ineffective and a waste of money. I'll stick with Fiskars.
