One of the best round post solar light for yard. I bought 2 of these units from Walmart 3 years ago. Still working. Bought the 3rd one recently. Lights dim most of the time but turns to full motion as something move nearby. It is worthit of its price.

I bought this because it was a close comp to the brand I had bought previously. I installed it earlier in the day and left for much of the day. When I returned I saw it displaying this dim light much to my disappointment. So as I went near to troubleshoot it, Flash! Now there's the light I was accustomed to! Turns out this light emits a dim level of light after dark full time so it's never completely dark.

Good choice! I bought this because of all the good ratings about the brightness of this light and because it comes with a pole mount. I put it up at the end of my driveway because it was very dark at night with no street light nearby. I knew it was going to be super bright when I took it out of the box and turned it on while it was still daylight and I was impressed by the brightness! The sun went down about an hour ago and this lights up all the way across the street! Light is dim when idle, but even dim lights up well. Motion triggers it to turn on max brightness. I have a solar security camera mounted on the same pole below this light and it's now recording better videos at night! Looks and feels high quality. Very satisfied with my purchase!

This is the brightest solar light ive ever had. I was worried this would be like the rest of the solar light's and be bright the first few minutes then shut off and not work again but boy was i wrong. It light's up the whole patio where I keep my smoker and grill.

We have herds of deer that eat our plants and I got this thinking it would deter that and could also be used to deter prowlers. This is a well-made piece of solar lighting, much, much brighter than I expected. It can even be used sitting up for other lighting. Two weeks ago we had a power outage lasting three days because of a storm. We had gas for cooking and hot water but three days of dark nights, cooking and bathing by candlelight and early to bed, not good. This solar light is great. We prefer the softer incandescent lighting and this is LED but any lighting in a storm. We love it. May buy another for the lower floor.

Wow! This very powerful LED light is probably brighter than the street light in front of my house! It has a. It has a huge solar panel to charge up the 4 AA batteries. I like the nightlight feature so there's at least some light if no motion is detected. My only concern is the rather weak looking hinge, this light is on the heavy side and I dont see it lasting through many seasons.
