Hartz Cattraction Gator Scratch Cat Toy With Silver Vine And Catnip, Color May Vary

I live in a small place with no space for a cat scratching post, so I decided to try this. My cat tends to be very picky about his toys, but he went absolutely nuts for this, so I'm happy! He even sleeps on it now, which is unheard of for him. I had to cut off the feathers because he started shredding those immediately, and I didn't want him to swallow the pieces. But other than that, I completely recommend this! It's awesome and doesn't take up much space at all.

A black cat stopped by to visit me several times this year and during her last visit moved into my room. I bought her the necessities and when she stayed I went to Walmart online and found the blue gator. When it arrived I placed it on the floor for her to investigate. She walked to it, laid down on it and went to sleep. It's become her quiet time buddy and best friend. Well worth the investment.

My cat is 5 and she doesn't play with any toys. I have purchased catnip toys, and scratching posts , etc and she doesn't even look at them. I was very weary about buying this toy because I really didn't expect her to play with it. Well... within minutes she went over to it and started to smell it, then she stated to bite it, and she was running all over the house with it. I am impressed. This is the first toy she has ever played with. The only issue I have is that my dogs, an 80lb Weimaraner and a 5 lb dachshund, both love it too!

Although the door knob was too high for hanging toy, we found an alternate area that worked! Louie loves this! I am excited to have purchased this and will probable buy another for a different room. Would also make a wonderful gift for my friends with kitties.

My six-year-old cat loves this toy, loves it like he cuddles it, uses it for a pillow. He doesn't play with it or use it to sharpen or clean his claws. He does not want anyone to touch it except him, either. I've never seen him act like this with anything before.

My cat is very picky about pretty much everything so I'm always pretty hesitant when it comes to trying anything new with her. When it comes to toys, she typically only plays with something for a couple minutes and then never touches it again, but this toy has her captivated! I hang it on my door so that when she's in my room she can play with it and she goes absolutely wild for it! I haven't seen her so engaged with a toy since she was much younger, so I will definitely be buying more of these in the future! The combination of catnip, crinkle noises, and a hanging ball toy are just amazing, and I love that I can hang it somewhere so that it won't just become another piece of clutter on the floor.

My 1yr old Cat loves it. String is longer so the cat can't stretch as much while she scratches the gator hanging from a door handle. But simple fix tie a knot in the string to adjust the height.

We first put the gator on the floor and the cat played with it the first day, but after that I hung it up in hopes that it would be used for scratching, but the cat wasn't as interested. If I drag the gator along the floor the cat will follow though which is kind of funny.

my cat Momo Jojo absolutely loved this toy especially the feathers on it but he kinda used it when it came to scratching on it he would mainly attack it and thrash it around lol but I guess that was the whole purpose of this toy,

My 4 Cats have no interest in this at all, we even tried playing with them with this and no interest. My cats love Catnip and this claims to have both catnip and silvervine yeah right!
