Hartz Delectables Stew Lickable Wet Cat Treats, Chicken & Tuna, 5 Pack

The sun rises and sets for my cats with this lickable stew. It is the highlight of their 23 hour daily sleep fest. The smell of a newly open pack will raise them from a sleep stupor and they will materialize, seemingly out of no where. They are ages 11 and 13. This is the best food to hide medicine in too, you just have to crush the pill and layer it or you will be left with a licked spotless bowl with a tiny clean pill on the dish OR one layer eaten and the area surrounding the pill will be licked clean. It's expensive, compared to other treats, but, according to the cats, it's money well spent.

My cats are absolutely obsessed with these. Like, they hear the package and come running. They're perfect for finicky eaters or cats that turn their nose up at regular treats. The stew texture makes it easy for them to eat, and it's great as a topper or just a special treat. Definitely a must have if your cats are picky or spoiled (mine are both).

My 8 cats are over the moon about these stews. 1 cat gets most of them (She's older and has some chew/swalliw issues being addressed by the vet). the others give her and I the "stare" because they get 1 as a treat and she gets 2 as a supplement to her food. It keeps them all hydrated. this is good if your cat doesnt get enough water through out the day. In fact, even though my cats drink water, I add half to full teaspoon to the mix and stir it in really well to ensure proper hydration. The only issues i have are with the pouch stew comes in. I usually turn the pouch upside down. tap it a few times on counter to grt the delicious meaty goodness to loosen up from the bottom, then cut pouch and scrap it all out with their cat spoon to get it all out. When I open it on the perforated "easy open top" more often thrn not it does not come completely off pouch and it gets c rather messy %26 the meaty in the pouch tends to stay on the bottom when you pour into a kitty bowl. But my method works for me.

it helps my cats get extra moisture. The package are small and expensive. Th food is hard to get out near the bottom

I did not order 12, that's what I got. I ordered 15 non-fish. I got 8 with fish. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. NOT BISQUE. I ORDERED 15 STEW DELECTABLES!!!!!!!!¡!!!¡!!!!!! I WANT 3 MORE , I PAID ALREADY?!!¡!!!!
