Not good for Bunnies & Rabbits
I purchased a bag of the Hartz Natural Pine Bedding & Litter for our rabbit and within a couple of weeks it caused irritation to her eyes. The resin in the pine caused her eyes to drain. I took her to the Vet and purchased eye drops for her, which cleared it up in about a week. They said to stop using any pine litter because of the resin. Not sure if anyone else has had this happen to your rabbitt or if the same has happened to hamsters and gerbils which are also pictured on the bag. Use the shredded paper litter instead, which is more expensive but well worth the health of your pet. I put the rest of the pine litter in my garden.

My hamsters died when I used this product for the first time I had 2 hamsters and they were in 2 separate cages I had changed nothing else. Not fun to tell your child that her 2 hamsters were dead!
