I have a senior dachshund who doesn’t really like to leave the deck so this is perfect for him because he doesn’t need some extravagant flea medication but this is just what he needs so he still is protected. The fact that it lasts for 7 months is also wonderful because I don’t have to stress about making sure he gets flea medication every month or every three months. I have tried numerous Flea Protection collars without much luck. The UltraGuard Pro seems to be the first one that I have gotten results from. We live in a rural area that can be prone to over population of fleas. I have seen far less numbers on the pups when bathed than before. I trust the collars more than other methods. This collar can be trimmed to fit smaller and larger dogs. Overall satisfied with this product. Certainly one that I recommend. *Received free for testing. it's ok. see an occasional flea but better.

I've been using the collar on our two year old dog for about a month now. It works great, except for when ticks first jump on the dog, and she brings them into the house, otherwise it's killing the ticks. I haven't found a product that works on killing ticks quick enough when they first get on the dog, and she comes inside right after they get on her. We live in the country and my beagle loves to run in the woods constantly...I put the Ultra Guard Pro flea & tick collar on her a few days ago...and I like that you can cut it to fit perfectly. I also like the way its so easy to use...NO mess and no monthly drippy reapplications. I also LOVE that it is REFLECTIVE!! She's easy to spot!! WAY WAY TOO MUCH POISON ON THE COLLAR I BOUGHT, IT ATE UP MY DOGS NECK IN 3 DAYS!!! SELLER REFUSES TO GIVE REFUND!! DON'T BUY!

I bought 5 of these a week ago, we don't have a huge flea problem but enough of one that your collars are NOT doing the job! I'm super disappointed!!
