very pretty and elegant they make a soft sweet sound when the wind blows no clanging and banging like some wind chimes the seem expensive but we're very reasonably priced I hung them on my deck so we can enjoy them when we sit outside, I would highly recommend this chime and hope to get more.

I like the design of the wind chimes and how they sound. They added some charm my balcony terrace. I enjoy sitting there, drinking tea or wine with the sounds of wind chimes.

This is first time we bought wind chime and this product just exceed our expectations. The sound coming from this is so peaceful and soothing and gives positive vibes all the time.

the wind chimes are very well made and have a pleasant sound. i hung it on my front porch and enjoy listening to the beautiful sound it makes. the quality is great and looks durable.

Very disappointed with the packaging technique. The strings were tangled and after untangling, realized the stringing process was off center. Prefer a round top as it appears in the picture of the original order and on the packaging box. Returning for credit. Very sad about the off center wind chime. Love the hearts. ️

Package arrived partly smashed. I could have gotten over that however the chime was knotted and only partially put together with pieces falling off or not attached at all. Definitely not a good purchase.

DO NOT BUY THIS! I have a constant, light breeze at my house. After 1 day, all the hearts fell off from spinning around. The string is extremely weak and thin. Very poor quality and cheaply made. Dont waste your money.

Cheap junk. Hearts were not attached. I had to tie them on. After it was hung, the hearts fell off. Held on by a thin string only. Chime is also lopsided.

this item was twisted and in shambles when it arrived I had to take it apart and reassemble it it's very small I would return it but returning is a hassle
