I had to order twice, because the first one had a defective remote. My son loves the toy and how it moves an makes sound effects. He plays with it for hours.
The Transformer is very cool. Ordering the product on-line was the signal ran very slow. Unfortunately, I ended up with six of the products when I only wanted one. I returned all that I did not. Now, on my credit card it listed as purchased again. I spoke with a representative from Walmart that there are no longer charged. Wish me luck!
Do not buy this. My sister originally purchased one for my son, and it would not pair. We tried everything. Ended up returning and I purchased this one and the remote doesn't work at all. I am taking this back to the store tomorrow. Do not waste your time and money.
The first one I got, the remote didn't work. Had to go through the process of taking it back, my money being credited back, ordered %232. This one worked for 10 mins and quit. My time is very valuable to me and this is a big hassle!!
