Originally had a regular hatch, loved it so much we bought this for our room. Well, it's now the one we use in the nursery. Love how easy it is to read the clock at night, different light and sound options. Came with 6 months of hatch subscription for free which gives guides for sleep training and naps etc. Huge fan!!! Love that you can make a schedule to keep on track and help him wind down, sleep and wake on time. I can also tell the functions will be easy for him to use on his own as he gets older. The child lock option on the app is also incredible. Can't say enough good things!

I had the older version for my first baby and we broke it, love the new one. Better features: a tad easier to use. Gets the job done for late night diaper changes

We have been loving our Hatch Baby. It has helped with developing a night time sleeping routine. We turn on one of our favorite sounds with light and find ourselves drifting into sleep. Something that stood out was how it just gets moms. From the encouraging language to the affirming phases the app creates a supportive space.

Was a great baby shower gift! Gave Hatch and Hatch Go to my daughter. Only area that needs improvement. . . . ? It comes with a free 6 month account of special features. Daughter set up Hatch in preparation for baby's arrival in advance and unfortunately baby was in NICU for 4 weeks and so although not used . . . one month of free trial was lost. Would be nice to have a redo remedy for the 6 month subscription.

Our 2Yo son was early waking and screaming for us waking up his little baby sister we got the new hatch baby and he's learned green is to wake up red to sleep and has been calm in his bed in the mornings now. We use the restore in our bedroom. Hatch has helped our family rest.

I ordered a Hatch Baby for my daughter's nursery. However when I received it, there was an issue with the big button. Support was extremely helpful and fast. They sent a replace. ent device quickly after providing proof of the issue I experienced. Now that my daughter is born the light is just enough to see her at night with a good white noise that keeps her from noticing other noises in the house. For example, my dogs eat at night sometimes, and that noise could easily wake my daughter. The Hatch Baby has been a great purchase.

3 stars because I think the price does not live up to the main function of the product, the actual sound portion. There are a variety of sounds, however a majority of them sound highly artificial. Previous to purchasing the hatch I had purchased another brand of sound machine for a fraction of the cost, and ran into the same issue. So I invested in a hatch machine in hopes the significant price point would remedy this issue, but I was disappointed to find they were relatively the same in that aspect. However I would argue that the price difference is justified due the many functions of the product. There were a few sounds that did not sound extremely synthetic which I absolutely enjoyed, however at the price point and the main function of the product being white noise and sound I do not think it meets those standards. I also had an issue with the device not having great volume control, for instance if I created a playlist of sounds while my child was sleeping one sound would be significantly louder than the other startling the baby and many others that were just flat out to loud to use while my child was sleeping. He's an extremely light sleeper which is the main reason I decided to purchase a sound machine to begin with, again at the high price point and purpose of the product I believe hatch should've been more diligent at ensuring proper volume control for infants. Along with that the product does require subscription for access to many of those functions, which also led to my 3 star rating. I ultimately decided to cancel my subscription and return the product.

Order was not received! There is an arm in the picture but it does not show package or the desk where it should have been delivered. Please let me know how I go about getting a refund and reordering this item.
